+ -1 moreThe service technician was completely professional, even while pointing out that I had ordered the wrong windshield (I said Ford Focus, my mom owns a Ford Fusion). He helped correct the order and was back within two days to install the windshield. Great attention to detail on both the installation and the clean-up, including Mom's garage floor.

+ -1 moreIt was good. The rearview mirror shakes a lot so they could have put it on tighter. The snow scraper has left scratches on the glass but I'm not sure if it's the quality of the glass they put on.
