Description of Work: I called Ed Scott the owner of Royal Irrigation to ask if he would give me an estimate to install a sprinkler system. He showed up on time gave me a super but fair and explianed all the details that he had written on the estimate, including the warranty. He gave me several suggestions that would save me money and still get the job done correctly. He sounded like he knew what he was doing. I thuroghly enjoyed the relationship we developed during his time at my home, having been in business myself , he came across as being very knowledgable. He also finished on time. The first contracter who has ever done that during my lifetime. Ed definately walks the talk. After the time I spent with him and his employees, I consider him a good freind and have been fortunate to have had the privaledge to meet such a honest person. If I hadn't used Angie's List, I would never have met him. His price never changed. While he was here installing my system, my neighbor asked him if he would aso have him install a sprinkler system in his yard as well. One of the other contractors listed in Angie's list, never returned my call. He had no grade.

Description of Work: Royal Irrigation installed a complete lawn sprinkler system at my new home (2008). They came out to estimate the job, and completed it without incident, at the price quoted. This included installing the sprinkler lines, the heads, and the timer system in my garage. They had to hook up the water line in the basement, as well. At one point, the underground dog fence was snipped (expected to happen & forwarned!), for which they promptly came back out to repair.
