+ -1 moreWe started the search for a cottage ourselves by driving around the lake and taking note of For Sale signs. We were staying for the weekend with relatives and they knew Dave Hauser from church and recommended him. We called him; he set up the viewings and, luckily, we discovered THE ONE near where my husband had vacationed as a youth! It was divine intervention! Through everything, Dave Hauser guided us and kept in contact even after the closing.
Description of Work: This agency, specifically David Hauser, represented us when we bought our "vacation home" on a lake near TC. He showed us the 7 places for sale on the lake. He was courteous, honest and very easy to work with! If we ever needed to move I would certainly consider Real Estate One/David Hauser.

+ -1 moreVery poorly. I'm not unhappy about the fact that the house has not sold given this market. I am very unhappy about the lack of communication and effort on the part of the agent.
Description of Work: We put our house on the market with these people in January 2011. The had exclusive rights which expired in July. We found the agent to be a poor communicator with us about what she was doing to market the house and she was sluggish in returning phone calls. There were screw ups on showing the house and very little activity in trying to organise open houses. We originally had a Real Estate One agent represent us when we bought this house in 2007 on the local recommendation of a person. We had a horrible experience with them that time too. When we were ready to sell this year, the agent came highly recommended and against my better judgment and on the strength of the recommendation we signed up. A mistake that we will not repeat.
