 + -1 moreNow again I called the office and they cant say what has happened or what I should expect. "must be some extenuating circumstances". I will not be rescheduling with this company. My whole day has been wasted waiting for this service call.
Description of Work: We scheduled a service for the water softener. I was told I had to wait a week until the calls would be in my area. I was also told I would be the second stop this morning. After no show and no call, I called the office to see what was up. No call back, so I called again after 2 hours. Again no follow up phone call from the office or technician.

 + -1 moreI had two or three companies come out and look at my old water softener, and they told me that, they had to replace it, but Pure Water Works said that they could fix it and they did it quickly. I was very pleased because it was an expense I didn't need, and it's been working just fine ever since they worked on it. They came in and took out my water softener, fixed it and brought it back. I had a problem with it few days after they brought it back, and they came back in and readjusted it, and it worked finely after that. I chose them because everybody else wanted me to spend a couple of thousand, but one guy came in, looked at it and said that he can fix it. Its fine now and they saved me quite few hundred dollars. Their price was fine. They are a little slow to respond.
