The guys showed up on time and went right to work. We had a problem with an upstairs toilet that was leaking through our ceiling. Another plumbing company had failed to see and fix the problem. The Precision Plumbing men carefully listened to when the toilet leaked and after pulling the toilet found exactly where the problem was. They fixed it and cleaned up nicely after they were done. We were very happy!

Workers arrived on time and installation done correctly. All old parts removed and job site cleaned. Precision Plumbing and Heating workers do professional work and are very skilled.

Working with Precision was excellent. Everyone on their team is professional, courteous, helpful and prompt. I got quotes from six contractors. Precision's quote was in the middle of the price range. What caused me to select Precision was the quality of their products -- Trane furnace and Michigan-made Bradford White hot water heater -- and the quality of the whole buying process. The installation was friendly yet quick. The work area was spotless when intallation was completed. The office followed-up with the warranties and applications on my behalf for rebates from DTE and Consumers on the same day. I am very pleased that I chose Precision and look forward to many years of good service from this company. I will not shop around when I need the a/c unit replaced in the future. I will just call Precision.

Repaired leak in upstairs plumbing we called and they showed up the same day and repaired the pipe. Then they had to return to place the shower spout because we had to order a new one our contractor did the work wrong and the plumber couldn't get the pipe out. All was done correctly and in a timely manner we requested Pat to come back he was very professional and did a great job we would use again.

Called on Monday evening and arranged an appt for Tues. around 9 a.m. John called at 7 a.m. Tues. and was here before 8! Very professional. When he couldn't get furnace to stay on, he went outside, trudged through over a foot of snow and checked the tank and found it totally empty. Told me how to make sure the propane dealer turned the furnace back on after filling tank. Very apologetic about having to charge me, but I understand. (Side note: After a rather heated (no pun intended) discussion with the propane dealer, they were here in less than an hour, filled the tank, and agreed to credit my account for the furnace service bill I had to pay.) Fair is fair! Good thing I'm a quilter ---- lots of them to keep me warm!

From the original estimate by Mike to the installation by Jeff, the discussion of alternatives, installation and follow up was first class. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process and the operation of our new furnace.

.Excellent company, after several quotes for an air conditioning unit and being told it wasn't possible due to the location in my house I found this company. They gave me a quote for less then the other companies, and after the job was done I couldn't even tell they had been there. The other company also said I would need a wall redone and painting. I also had them install a furnace and they were able to fit me into their schedule immediately as my furnace had quit and the house was cold. Wonderful to work with, they take care of everything, I have recommended them to friends and family.

They were excellent. Good ethics and very prompt. They did it within 2 days. They cleaned up well.

Forget this company - move on. Unless you have two days to waste waiting for them to fulfill their obligations, you should take your business elsewhere. I've never dealt with a company as unprofessional and unresponsive as this one. After 5 calls and two days of waiting for them to show up for a scheduled appointment, I'm taking my $$, time elsewhere and intend to spread the word. Dozens of plumbers in the area. I'm sure the rest of them can actually find the time to show up.

I like Precision Plumbing. I think they are the best in town. I have known the owner since I was a kid. They give superior service and they have a good reputation among builders. They are strong on service and they got out there out there quick.

Our furnace went out in sub-zero temps--of course. Precision handled everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. Can't say enough about Jeff, who came out promptly at 8 a.m. and worked nonstop for 7 hours to remove the old furnace and install the new. He took the time to explain pertinent information before he left. After he had gone, it was like he'd never been here. He was completely professional and we couldn't be happier with the work he did.

Great experience. Cliff, the technician, was highly professional and personable with an obvious concern about quality and doing things right. I can't say enough good things about Cliff. Everything was good from start to finish -- fast appointment, good service and a reasonable price for the labor involved.

This company is really excellent to work with. From the women who answer the phones to all the service people, we have had nothing but good experiences with them. They serviced our furnace when we first moved into the house a year ago and explained everything we needed to do to keep it in good working condition. We asked them to install air conditioning and they provided the latest and most efficient equipment, installed it and explained all the functions. They returned on our next trip up the add a missing piece and inspected everything to make sure it was in good working order. The workmen were most pleasant and helpful. I would certainly recommend this company!

Everything went well from start to finish. Dan Montgomery (Comfort Consultant) came by my place one afternoon (right on time) to introduce me to the brand name Trane, furnaces and air conditioners. Dan looked over my existing furnace, did some room measurements, looked over my house from top to bottom, and from the inside, out. Dan gave me some brochures to look at, and read over. After thinking it over for awhile, I ended up going with Precision Plumbing and Heating. Dan was very professional, and he sold me on Trane, and I'm glad he did! Thank you Dan! Jeff (the installer), installed everything in two days which surprised me because, he had so much to install but, he did it, and he did it well! Jeff did an excellent job, and was professional in every way! I could tell that Jeff had years of experience in installing furnaces, and air conditioners...so obvious! Very happy with the air conditioner they installed for me. They sell quality products at competitive prices and have exemplary service. The salesperson spent a lot of time educating me and helping me choose the right product for my home. They are definitely my go-to HVAC experts.

Precision Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job. The estimator was very personal and prompt. There was not pressure to buy or sign at the appointment. He left information and bids during the appointment, with various options. The installation was as scheduled. They left the basement as they found it, no trash left. They also recommended a very good electrician, as we had to have some electrical work done. Unfortunately, we don't get to live here all year long, and live down state. We have a good friend who is in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning business here, who looked at the bids. He felt we were given very good prices.

Diagnosed the problem over the phone and came prepared with a new replacement hot water heater. Reconfirmed that the replacement was needed. Installed carefully and professionally. Pleasantly and helpfully answered a few other questions I had about plumbing issues which also might soon need attention.

We have used Precision a few times, once for a boiler repair and once for the current job, a sewage smell in the downstairs bathroom. In regards to the boiler, it took a few visits for them to figure out the issue, but in the end they were able to fix the problem. The representatives from the company have been courteous and prompt. One thing I love is that they always answer their phone; I have never gotten an answering machine when calling them. With the bathroom smell issue, the plumber was unable to discover the source of the smell. For unknown reasons, the smell did go away while he was there, but he was unable to explain why. He did some preventative maintenance, but stated that if the smell came back, his next steps would involve cutting into the wall. The reason why I gave them a and quot;Band quot; and not an and quot;Aand quot; is because I did not have a and quot;warm and fuzzyand quot; feeling that he would be able to resolve the issue if it came back. He pointed out many perceived and quot;problemsand quot; with my bathroom and poor workmanship from the builder; I don't need someone to tell me how crappy my house is, I need someone who is confident that they can fix the problem! We did not own this house when it was built, and it passed a home inspection; sitting there and listing all the shoddy parts that were used does not help me in any way. Had it been presented in a different way, such as and quot;I see a few correctable issues here, let me explain how I would fix them,and quot; I think I would have had a better feeling about it when he left. The smell is now back, and I am going to try a different plumber this time.
