I needed to add an electrical outlet in a bathroom. This was handled quickly and professionally by Pine River Properties. Worker looked at the job, determined the best way to run the wire, and did a very clean install quickly. On a whim, I mentioned I also needed to fix a driveway gate. They looked at the gate, determined an economical way to mount the gate and did it during the same visit. I’m a very satisfied customer, and would not hesitate to use them again in future.

Kyle braved the weather today to do my gutters. He was very straightforward about how things came out and seems like a honest person. I would hire him again thank you to Kyle for your professionalism and facing adverse weather and still getting the job done.

Excellent company. Cody was professional and prompt. He did a short notice job for us but didn't upcharge us for the quick turnaround, and he even offered to patch and paint a few extra spots we hadn't noticed. Gorgeous work and no mess left. Will 100% use this company again! Highly recommend!

We had our front door painted and added a storm door and railings to the front porch and stairs. We also had ramps built for two out buildings. The workmanship is top notch! When they left, there was no trace they had been here. We are very satisfied and will use them again. Thank you Cody!

The company has a variety of expertise, and I am working with them on other aspects of remodeling our home. The proposal they made for installing a third bathroom and replacing old flooring in the guest bath and other areas was less than another company charged for only 1 bathroom. They have been extremely professional, very efficient and quite accessible. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

They were here from 8_5 for the best part of a week,they did everything from ramps for my shed to a new shower painting carpentry, plumbing and there coming back to remodel my living room. Good workers nice folks, glad they came.
