Upon arrival for job, I found this person very pleasant and professional . He was very receptive of what we needed regarding the repairs that we requested and needed, I would hire and recommend them again.

Well, I have an email chain about 40 emails long trying to get a hold of them to not only finish the job, but also correct some MAJOR errors in their craftsmanship. I have called multiple times, as well as texted, with no response. Then, I called from a different number and Mr. LeFevere decided to pick that call up (hmm weird how that works). His response was that his service was "spotty". I told him he needed to finish the job and get it done right as he promised, which he said he would do right away. That was 2 weeks ago and again, radio silence. I would not recommend these unloyal and untrustworthy people to work on your house. They will take your money and run. I have been remodeling homes for 7 years now and have never run into unprofessionalism like this, ever. I would say you know who this is, but I'm sure this is not the first time so CALL ME ASAP

paid in cash, cleaned gutters, broke a corner seem. called for assistance, spoke to cody. said they would be there in a hour. have not seen nor herd from yet.

Very responsive and courteous. First part of job, demolishion, was done quickly and very neatly. They will be back in a week to install new ceiling after plumber is finished. I am very confident that they will do a good job.

Cody was nice, always made conversation, got the job done well. Communication after initial contact was spotty. I'm still waiting for a response on an aspect of the job to be finished, and it's been two months.

These people did what they said they would do and were prompt to begin the job. They stayed with it until the job was done. They were clean and neat in their work, and their estimate of the work was spot-on. They did not try to raise the price. I would definitely recommend these people, and I would use them again.

Immediate response to the request and I had tried two other recommendations with no response during the same holiday period. Cody is very professional and courteous. Troubleshooting my fireplace remote switch problem was a snap - the wiring was bad. Turned out the wire had been spliced during prior ownership and Cody had to cut into the wall to remove the wire after an attempt to pull new wire broke at the splice. However, Cody's repair of the wall looks as good as new - professional in all the trades! i will call on him for all my projects!

I needed my mailbox replaced because it was run over. I called All Terrain and spoke to Cody. He came over in about an hour and completed the job very quickly. I needed the new mailbox moved to a different spot ... he did a wonderful job!

I had rotted trim boards that needed to be replaced on an exterior window. I called All Terrain Industries. We scheduled a day for repairs. The contractor was on-time, completed the job, and did a nice job. I would recommend this company.

Cody installed floors in both the utility room and the bathroom. Both rooms look great!
