Peninsula Home Services is owned and operated under the Michigan Residential Builder's License of Nikolai Valdmanis. We carry $1,000,000 of Liability Insurance and operate year round in the greater Traverse City region.

Services we offer

The focus of P.H.S. is 'finishing' your home, or in many cases re-finishing.
