Prompt service, very professional employees. The carpets were nice and clean, and felt great to walk on when they were done. The basement carpet had a musty smell to it, and they make it smell fresh again. I plan to use them again in the future.

We just bought the house so we hired them to clean the duct/vents. The team was very nice, and appeared to do a good job, but my husband got home and dug out several items, including a rock, out of the ducts without any special equipment. They also reinstalled the cold air return vents upside down.

They were running a little behind, but called to say they would be delayed. They got here actually quicker than they had thought. The two guys were very professional and friendly, and went over and above in their services - especially the love seat and bench (both were very soiled, and they worked on them a long time - they both look great!!! I would recommend Grand Traverse Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for carpet & upholstery cleaning services!
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in 3 bdrm, 1 bath, hall, living room. I also had 2 large area rugs cleaned, a love seat, and an upholstered corner bench unit done.

John and Nick were polite, professional and friendly. They did a nice job and left an informational packet with (2) $10 gift cards for next time which can be doubled if used within one year. They applied a $5 discount for having a vacant house (no furniture to move), which Stanley Steemer does not do.

They arrived on time, measured all the areas and gave me a total price before they started. They even walked through the house before starting pointing out some areas they may not come out (but they did). Then they got right to work cleaning. They again walked through after showing areas to look at and what to do if spots returned. They were well informed and very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: The Crew was very pleasant and professional, arriving on time and doing a fantastic job. The carpet & furniture is older and was very dirty, I was suprised how well it looked when they were finished, even the pet stains came out. I wasn't expecting it to look so great. They moved all my furniture and even addressed some areas of concern. I will use this company again and tell all my friends.

In twenty years of living in our home, we've never had a worse carpet cleaning job.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning crew had 6 jobs that day, as overheard by our son, complaining how much work they had to do. After carpet had dried, stains were obvious that needed more treatment. Owner refused to return to touch up, instead choosing to return our check rather than back up the quality of work (or lack thereof). What really burned us was the two long stripes left in the middle of our living room that were left due to the cleaning wand having a clogged jet. Sad part is that the owner has no idea of the negative impact on his decision to leaving our carpeting worse than when his crew showed up.
