Hunter K and Cody K did an exceptional job overhauling our crawl space. Nice guys, real professionals. Left everything nice and neat. The space before the project was a disaster. I gave a 4 for value for money as I have nothing to compare it to. It cost $9K to drill troughs, enlarge sump with 2 separate drain lines through foundation 10â into yard, battery backup and alarm in my 8x8 crawl space/Michigan basement. Steve, Tom & Dakary worked tirelessly to get the job done right in this challenging old home with access to crawl space under staircase to 2nd floor! They were friendly, professional and left the house spotless when done. I highly recommend this crew, VERY hard working and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

Professional service from inspection/bid right through installation of crawlspace lining, dehumidifier, and sump pump. Jake, Tim, and Josh were respectful of us and our house/property. Communication on arrival time was much appreciated. A little pricey but I believe you get what you pay for and I should have done this years ago. We did not have water issues but an earthy odor and this appears to have fixed this. Well done guys.

I have a 1900â s farmhouse with multiple additions in an area with a high water table. I have dealt with water in the basement after every hard rain and during the spring thaw. John and Miles were excellent workers. They were very polite and professional. The job they did supporting my sagging basement wall looks like it should take care of the problem. They placed steel plates against the basement wall, and also buried other ones out in the yard, and connected them with steel rods. Then they torqued them, which should prevent any further sagging of the wall.

Alex and Harold arrived on time, they were polite and professional from the time they arrived to the moment they left. The repair was pretty quick too! They said they will be back in another 6months to raise it a bit more if itâ s needed. I highly recommend this company! Adam was amazing too!

Ethan did a great job! I was really impressed with how he cleaned up after himself. In a time where people donâ t want to work, this guy shoveled and cut roots under our deck. On an 85 degree day! With a smile on his face every time we spoke to him.
