Matt was great. He was on time for the job and very efficient. The former owners of our new home had 4 dogs, so as a result there was odor from the carpet in the lower level in particular. Matt fixed all that with his process and the carpet came out great and the odor is gone. I highly recommend Floor2Ceiling Solutions.
