Unbelievable workmanship. If I hadn't known where the bad boards were that needed to be replaced I would have never known that a repair had been made. Then the floor sanding was very thorough and right up to the edges of the baseboards. The final coats were excellent. When showing visitors the floor they would say: "Wow, Beautiful" The contractor was exceptional in communicating what he was going to do and when he was going to do it. The best part was that he did what he said he was going to do and if the circumstances required a change, he was quick to let us know.

Very professional job. Cleaned up afterward with no evidence of carpet fibers that you often see when new carpet is installed. Good communication when they would be there and perform the work.

Was quoted for the removal of up to two layers of sub flooring under the existing vinyl tile. The house is a seasonal home so we were not there to supervise when the work would be performed or the workmanship. Communication was non existent when the work would be done. When we did check on the job (not certain it had been done) there were things not completed and construction debris that wasn't cleaned up. We attempted to communicate with the contractor through Floor Covering Brokers that there were some issues that needed to be addressed and questions we had on what was to be done and wanted to know when they would be finished as we were gong to be using the home. There was no communication with us from Floor Covering Brokers or contractor that the issues were heard or heeded. Instead, when gong back to the house we discovered things were done wrong and some of the tile were already lifting up, not adhering to the old surface which happened to be the old vinyl tile, NOT a new sub floor. When committing to the job we had to pay for the quoted amount but the work that was done was way less than the quote. It wasn't until I brought up the difference between what work was quoted (estimated) to be done and what work had actually been done that there was any attention paid by the Floor Covering Brokers on what their contractor was doing on this job. I would caution anyone using Floor Covering Brokers for their vinyl tile service to hold back a retainer on the quoted job to ensure that the workmanship is satisfactory and that the work that was quoted was actually done. I have had a roofing contractor do a similar thing-quote what they thought they would need to do and then did only a fraction of that and hope that the customer would say nothing, making a huge killing on the job at their customer's expense.

Our salesperson, Rich Budek, was very helpful in working with us to select the right carpeting for our needs. FCB was very professional at all levels from sales to service and installation. Everything was on time and prices were exactly as quoted.

Job was done over several days in June. Everything went very well. Workers were pleasant and helpful (even beyond what they were supposed to do). They arrived on time, worked quickly and left with the garbage that was created! There was a hiccup or two along the way, but our salesperson Kristen, worked with us and found ways around it. We highly recommend her to help you find the product you want. She was very patient with us and knows her flooring products very well! Product is of high quality and me and the wife are very happy with our experience. We hope to do business with them again, as we still have several rooms left to finish.

From our first contact with Joan Geerling to the end of installation and clean-up, everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. We had three different installer for the 3 surfaces. They all showed up on time, did amazing work and replaced furniture and did clean-up. We are extremely pleased with the results and would certainly recommend this company to others.

I even had them back to do the full carpet cleaning. They paid extra attention to the areas I pointed out. A great job all around.

They are due to come in the next couple of weeks. I had a coupon for them. They do wonderful work. When they walk out of here my carpet is clean and it smells clean. They put pads underneath all our furniture so that it does not sit on the carpet. Anything that has to go back on the carpet has to have the pads underneath. The reason for that was because the water would leach into my wood and either would ruin the wood legs or if they were metal I would have a rough spot there.

It went well. The carpets were extremely clean, fresh smelling, and dried quickly. don't forget to use the coupon on their website!

I looked at them for some carpet. They have a very good price for a very good product. They were prompt with getting me with all the answers I needed. If I was looking for carpet for my own home, I would go there. I was looking for cheaper carpet for rentals, so I went with someone else.

Professional, on time, and very good quality installation. Not the cheapest, but people there seem to know their stuff and do it right.

They did the wall and the flooring. The sales people were helpful. They did quality work for us. After they finished they wanted us to send a picture of the work. I thought that was very interesting. They are low pressure and very good to work with. They gave us access to all their merchandise including the items that were on sale.
