+ -1 moreGreat. Both guys worked quickly and efficiently, were very polite, and careful about not tracking dirt or leaves into the house. My windows have never looked better. Reasonably priced. I am scheduling them to come out again next spring and will add the garage windows.

+ -1 moreThe first time I used these folks. I have had poor results with other area providers. They don't return calls. This company in the long ago past had some bad reviews. So I never used them. However I believe things have changed. The office person Marilyn was outstanding. I have a job that is not large. I believe others may not want my business. At 72 I have given up washing the high windows in our contemporary home. I had an 8 am appointment two men arrived on time and performed the window washing in an efficient manner. Professional and competent. I would use them again and perhaps have them do all windows.

+ -1 moreicheyiexcellent service. Only glitch was that dog stains on stairway landing returned after a week or so. We did not ask them to come back to get it up again. Our error. This Review was for service in Traverse City, MI.I'm guessing on the date. But the one you asked about WILL occur on Dec 29 at our winter home in Port Richey, Fla. If you want me to review that one, just let me know.

Description of Work: All glass (4 seasons) sunroom plus 4 livingroom windows. The crew were great and were extremely professional but had trouble communicating with their office who could not seem to determine how to correctly price our job. Office personnel did not seem competent on that day!

+ -1 moreOverall we were pleased, but they were training a new employee and I noticed that some of his work had to be redone - not a big deal and they were patient and helpful to him. They were on time and were professional and efficient. The only issue we had was that after they left we realized that none of our screens had been properly attached and had we not noticed and secured them, they might have fallen out and been damaged. Next year we will be sure that they secure them when they are done. I'm sure that had they known, they would have properly secured the screens. We will definitely use them in the future.
