+ -1 moreIt turned out super, in fact we'll probably use him on another house. He did what he promised. He did a lot of advertising. We stuck with the bottom line and he met it so we were happy with that. What they charged was fair, it was very good. They probably did more advertising than I thought they would. It sold for $80,000 and he did a good job with it.
