+ -1 moreWe have just spent THOUSANDS of dollars repairing our log home due to ant damage. We used ERADICO PEST CONTROL (now ERLICH PEST CONTROL) for almost 10 years, thinking their products were keeping our home free of pests. Obviously, their treatment is not effective; however, Eradico/Erlich claims no responsibility and refuses to pay even part of the damages. Our service person was a nice young woman, but certainly not an "expert." Even when we called the Traverse City, Michigan office, they never sent a qualified technician to evaluate and advise. DON'T use this company for your insect problems!! .

Description of Work: Exterminated bees in chimney, still waiting to see for 5 days to see if problem taken care of. ERADICO will come back out to perform service again at no charge. Disappointed in office staff, did not return calls, I had to always call them. When i did not get a confirmation on my appt I was told "I knew I forgot to do something"

+ -1 moreAn apartment manager used Eradico to eliminate a bed bug issue previous to my tenancy. However, they did not eliminate them and upon moving into the apartment complex, we were not told of previous infestation and became aware of a serious problem with these parasites biting our family. We then brought it to managements attention and they again had Eradico perform an unknown chemical treatment 3 weeks later! Unfortunately, we were forced to relocate with the clothes on our back due to all belongings potentially being infested before they could attempt their treatment again after waiting and being bit for 3 weeks.
Description of Work: Would not recommend services to eliminate bed bugs. Did not provide treatment information such as chemicals used or exterminate unit completely allowing infestation to continue.
