Cooley Contracting specializes in high end custom homes. We do both new construction as well as renovations and additions. We are genereal contractors and coordinate all phases of construction from start to finish. In addition to doing large projects, we offer a wide range of services including property management, home repairs, and general maintenance.

Cooley Contracting was formed with the purpose of constructing primarily residential homes, both new as well as renovations, additions. As the business has evolved we have begun offering property management, maintenance, and small jobs. As general contractor, we will work with all of our sub contractors / suppliers to ensure that the entire project is completed in a professional & timely manner.

We added on in two different areas in our home on one side a living room and a bedroom, on the other end of the house a bathroom. They were great on they're cleaning up at the end of the day and very respective of the rest of our home that we were still living in!!!!
Description of Work: The workers were always on time, and friendly. Every day you could tell all the work that had been done, they came in on time, just a tad over budget do to some changes we made during the building process, we love our new addition and would recommend them to anyone!

It was flawless! Don worked with my schedule and was always available personally and electronically within minutes. Communication was so easy. The work itself was of the highest level. They are perfectionists - in the project itself and in leaving everything in perfect order at the end of each day.
Description of Work: Built out an unfinished basement space for a wine cellar, including all mechanicals, layout, flooring, insulation, painting . . . .
