 + -1 moreOverall it went very smoothly and rather quickly considering they had to order parts. They were very professional and called me with an update a few days after they got my computer. They had to order parts (included in the repair price) and I still was able to pick up my computer less than a week later. I was extremely impressed with their pricing as well given the scope of the problem. Unfortunately, I've had hard drives go bad before and I couldn't even afford to find out if they could recover anything.
Description of Work: My desktop computer couldn't recognize its hard drive. CS&M identified the problem and got it working. They were even able to recover the files on my burnt hard drive. They also identified that I had inappropriately upgraded my memory (I had tried to do it myself!) and fixed that problem as well.

 + -1 moreI called the company and they had a technician onsite within 2 hours. Problem resolved within about 1 1/2 hours and included replacement of the network card.
Description of Work: Technician diagnosed and fixed issues we were having on one of our computers that was infected with spyware and trojans. We also had some issues with that computer accessing the network which were also taken care of. Computer works perfectly now.
