+ -1 moreThe insect service informed me they have a 90 day guarantee on their work. After we had 2 days of rain, 2 days later of spraying the insects started moving in again. I called the service and they said " what do you expect, it rained all weekend." They do not guarantee their work as they stated. I will not use them again and we hired another spray company to come out and spray again.
Description of Work: They were prompt in coming out to spray for wasps and spiders when called.

+ -1 moreThis was a great experience from my initial phone call to the very end. These guys know what they're doing, they do it well, they do it quickly and carefully. I called to get a price and Don Cobb answered--no answering machine or voice mail which was refreshing. I agreed to the price and since the spraying depends on the weather, he said he would be in touch the following week. Well, it was only Thursday of the same week when he called and asked if they could be here on Friday a.m. He warned me that they may even be EARLIER than stated. :) When they arrived 1/2 hour earlier, they got to work immedately. Don was kind enough to explain the timeframe for leaving the dog inside. He is very knowledgeable and I came away with more knowledge about spiders than I ever thought to have, but it was all good to know. I highly recommend them to everyone for whatever bugs you!
