Horrible. They tore by lawn up from stem to stern, installed a septic tank that was not needed nor did they call us to authorize installation and cost, ruined our irrigation system, ruined a lot landscaping unnecessarily, and then try and stick us for a bill almost twice what agreed on. I have asked repeatedly for the invoice to be corrected without success. We have received threats of liens on our property and threats of trespassing to dig up and remove everything they did. Totally incompetent job. Complete lack of communications. If you do any business with Braytons, consult an attorney.

My husband would like to hire this company again to do more work in our new home build and we are really happy with the work that they did.
Description of Work: They got our lot ready to build on. They also installed our well, water tanks, and a septic tank.
