Description of Work: They power washed a large deck, top and bottom, and stained same. Thew workman had to be prodded to power wash certain areas and they were unable to explain left foot prints in the final coat of stain. Short of redoing the job, nothing could be done about the footprints. They did make an allowance on the bill for that.

+ -1 moreThis was a great experience. Dan was prompt and set-up his equipment quickly and finished in about three-hours. Dan was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question that I asked him (and there were many) without being annoyed. He was a wonderful contractor and has been in business 20+ years. If you follow him around during the process, be careful during windy days ----- I got a couple of drops of bleach on my jacket!!!
Description of Work: Pressure-washed 2000 sq. foot home + attached three-car garage, used a low concentration bleach solution to remove mildew, and hand-washed and scrubbed the vinyl siding and trim of the entire home and garage.
