Great workers were professional and sales man was very helpful.

Do not do business with this company. They do not stand behind their products, the owner Ron is rude and disrespectful, goes back on his word verbally and written. They definitely do not believe the "customer is right" theory. The tile grout in all the rooms is cracking and coming out in pieces, tiles are cracking and many tiles make a buckling or shifting noise when you walk on them. The work is only two years old. They blame these problems on other things rather than listening and coming out and fixing the issues. The owner won't even talk to us now because I called him out on his lies. Everything we are experiencing is a symptom of a poor installation job. Save yourself a major headache or regret and go somewhere else.

I then needed carpet for for another place, I picked it out again they said 1,000. without measuring I gave them a credit card, but a few days later found another of our units had to have all new carpet and kitchen vinyl flooring . Ron owner said $5,000. it was a big home. So I agreed to have them do it but 1st put personal money back on credit card, then I would write a company check, as i cannot do both at same time. And the company comes 1st. He said no, and to write a check first, then he would release my personal money.. I then told him so it's like he's holding my personal money as hostage, till I write him a check, he just said yep i guess so. So Now I.m fighting him to get my money back, 3 months going through this. I found out one of the resones he doesn't go out and mesure a job is because he got in trouble with the law at one time measuring a job.Had to do time in jail .My husband and I had used this place for a very long time. My Husband passed away in Sept. 2012, This place has taken advantage of this. If your smart dont be like me and think they care and are there for you, because they are not at .

We were looking for carpet to put in a cottage bedroom. No padding, just carpet. When we stopped in the Carpet Barn, Ron Rogers was able to show us a few remnants that would fit the bedrooms. We decided on one, he rolled it to fit our SUV and we installed it ourselves. A week later we finished painting the second bedroom, and went back to Carpet barn for more carpet. Ron was able to find the right carpet for that bedroom also. We installed it ourselves. We were very happy with the price for the purpose we needed it for. Very nice people to work with. They have many choices of carpet and flooring if you want something else. We will go back there when we need more carpet or flooring.

I have heard good things about America's Carpet Barn. Not only do they have great commercials and mascot but their service is amazing too. I started to purchase carpet through a large hardware store thinking I would save money (the bigger the better right?). I decided to swing in and compare prices to ensure I was making the right choice. Whoa! I was off. America's Carpet Barn had a great selection, helpful (but not pushy sales) and better prices that included padding and installation. The installers were super friendly and communicative to ensure they were meeting our expectations. I would definitely recommend this business for others and will continue to buy local at America's Carpet Barn in the future.

We needed new flooring to finish our remodel of our home. I saw the commerical on tv and loved them so i decided to go and see what they had. When i walked in their showroom i couldnt believe the selection! The salesman, Ron was professional, experienced, and didnt make me feel stupid, since this isnt my strong suit! They installed the next week. The installers were on time, clean cut, and paid attention to detail! Would highly recommend.
