+ -1 moreThe technician came out and found a hose that was not properly installed. He technician was able to fix the hose. The machine was under warranty, so there was no charge. It took a month after being contacted by Samsung to come out. It took another two weeks after their initial visit to come out and fix the issue.
Description of Work: My Samsung washing machine was leaking.
