Sun and Shade Awning

Craig (owner & installer) and Parker (installer/service) made this whole experience an enjoyable one. Both are very experienced and knowledgeable. We had a new awning placed over our back patio. We have never had an awning before, and they were very thorough in explaining all the different options and mechanics. We are so pleased that we went with this company.

This was a simple replacement of the fabric on an existing small awning. It too them more than six (6) weeks to get it done. I called after four weeks to find out the status of the job. They told me I was next in line and it would be done the following week. They finally got it done two and a half weeks later. The awning looks okay, but the fabric and the quality of the job weren't as nice as the original awning.

MARK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, HE WAS ON TIME AND HIS AWNING IS THE BEST, AND I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH ON LINE. SUNBRELLA MATERIAL CAN NOT BE BEAT. IT DOESN'T FADE AND IS VERY DURABLE. MOTOR IS VERY QUIET. YOU WON'T GO WRONG WITH MARK, AND NEW IMAGE AWNINGS.
