After the first winter we noticed the deck was warping and so we called him to let him know. He looked at it and recommended that we take pitcures and send them to the manufacturer of the deck material. We did this and the manufacturer said the deck material was installed incorrectly and thus the reason for the warping. We got back with Rob to let him know and he keeps syaing he'll take a look at it but then we do not hear from him. This has been going on for 3 years now and we just want it made right.

They were too slow in getting back to us with the quote. They came out to take a look before they gave us the quote. The estimator called an hour and a half late for rescheduling when we had scheduled the first appointment. So we didn?t choose him for the job. We had received 4 other estimates and I don?t remember the price quoted by them. I wouldn?t consider using their services in the future too.

They were very punctual and professional. They had a lot of creative ideas.

As a remodel in a very old home this job had some tricky aspects, but RBC Construction solved every problem and finished the project nicely. They built custom trim for my bedroom to match the existing trim for about the same price as preformed trim. I found them to be very customer oriented and attentive to details, asking questions and offering suggestions, which helped me a lot. As the job neared completion Rob was careful to make sure I was satisfied with the results. The work turned out great. I am from a family of home builders and am fairly picky but I am very happy with the rooms. I will definitely call on this team again.
