Northern Roofing

He came over and game us an estimate and repaired the roof the same day he gave us a quote. He said if we did it that day he would do it for $50. 00 since he was already here. His estimate for a new roof was reasonable and he was using 30 year architectural shingles. We will consider using when we do replace our roof.

Northern Roofing did an amazing job installing our new roof on our cabin. They were prompt, and extremly reliable. I would definetly recommend them for any roofing projects. They know what they are doing and are very informative on what needed to be replaced on our cabin that was built in the 1920's . Thanks again for your help!

Vince was prompt in his response despite the fact he doesn't own a computer and was unaware of his good standing on Angies List! He is very personable and easy to work with. We had contacted several roofing companies and one well known contractor was quick and persuasive and I have no doubt would have done a great job but was twice the bid of Northern Roofing. Two others were non responsive. We had thought we could not get a new roof until well into spring or early summer (and we had leaks!) but the first nice day above 50 degrees Vince called and said he would start. We have a 1300 sf home and it took them 2.3 days to finish. This was mid March (admittedly a warm spell). They did a terrific job and my husband who was formerly in construction was impressed.The clean up afterward was flawless. I have since recommended Northern Roofing to my sister who owns a summer home on Platte Lake and she has also hired them. Winter in Michigan will tell the tale but I feel confident in their work and would recommend them highly.

We got four different bids on our garage roof. We decided on Northern Roofing. Vince, owner, and his crew came through in price, performance and professionalism! We were very happy with him personally too. It was early Fall, weather was changing. and he was willing to work Sat, Sun and finish on Monday. It was perfect.

I had a small leak around the sky light after the new roof was installed. He came back and redid the area around the sky light and had no problem after that. I was tempted to have the sky light removed at the time of the new roof install because I new it had potential for leaks. I do not consider it was his fault for the leak. On manufactured homes there are always potential problems.
