Larry....oh where to start with Larry. Larry is a private contractor, and as everyone on this site is aware, that can sometimes lead to a busy schedule. Larry's work is great, and worth the short wait. Larry the person is even better. My house is small, but filled with higher end toys, electronics and tools. Having spent a couple hours with Larry, I felt completely comfortable leaving him in my house, unattended. He has the code for my door, and I feel no need to change it. He estimated the job, and the final price was spot on. He is a good listener, and does what his customer wants, instead of going rogue and trying to give you what he thinks you need. If you want perfect, he'll spend the time on perfection. If he feels uncomfortable with a project, he's going to volunteer that information rather than surprise you half way through, or do a job half assed and make excuses. Larry has yet to pick up his check, and I've been out of town the last couple days. He has not requested that I write a review in any way shape or form. In a busy hectic time of starting a new job, and listing my house, I felt compelled to share what an excellent experience I've had with Larry. Highly recommended. If you communicate with him what you want, he will get it done and communicate with you in return.

He was professional and worked independently. He cleaned up after he was finished and did not leave any mess! Price was reasonable. It took several weeks, but was a very big job. He also helped me out by allowing two other contractors access to the home when I could not be there.

We contacted Larry hrough Angie's list and he came out the next weekend. However, we have never received an estimate and it is almost 3 months later. I was very disappointed because he was a really friendly guy and someone I could trust.

Over the course of several days, Larry Braun, the owner of Glass City Brush, performed several painting related tasks.He efficiently removed the old wallpaper border in two rooms, preped the rooms and painted them. Trim work is precise and he takes great care to do an excellent job. He also painted a third bedroom, stairway, and some additional trim. All the work was done efficiently and looks fantastic. It's amazing how much a great paint job will freshen up your decor.He's finishing up the outside work now. He's pressure washed the vinyl siding to a like new appearance, removing 3 years of dirt and mildew. He's stripped and prepped the trim and repainted to a fantastic new appearance. His last task even includes some minor repair to a porch post before he repaints it.This is the second time I've used the Glass City Brush and highly recommend him. His work is fantastic and reasonably priced.
