Stevens Disposal & Recycling Service, Inc.

Had to cancel my service. They don't pick up the recycling but once a month and always have an excuse. I bought my toter thru the grandparents and they came on my property and stole it after I informed the lady at the office that is was my tote and I owned it. It's amazing I couldn't get them to answer a phone call and I had spuratic service at best, and a bunch of excuses. I switched to Klumn brothers and they are much cheaper and show up and do their job.

They are a weekly service. They always show up. We've had trouble with a couple of things. We pay for trash and recycling service. We've had problems in the past where the trash guy just dumps the recycling into the trash truck. So, we're paying extra for recycling. The trash guy was just dumping it in the trash truck. Then we had trouble reaching the company to address the situation. We had looked back at our security footage. For weeks, this was going on. So it wasn't a one-time deal. It took us a while to get hold of management to get them to address it, which they eventually did. Then we've had another problem recently with billing. Again, it was very difficult to get them to deal with the billing issue. They eventually did get back to me, but it was difficult to get someone to take responsibility for the issue. It took me to say, "Do you want me to send you the security video?" They didn't really believe that it was going on. Their price is much better than their competitors'.

They have great cutomer service skills. They are always willing to make additional trips if needed.
