 + -1 moreIt was a good high efficiency furnace because our other one was junk. They actually price matched and beat another company because they couldn't get the one that they quoted me. He said he didn't want to lose our business and he said he definitely wanted to keep customers happy so he gave us the cheaper price and the better model, which was the next step up. He was very thorough and got it in relatively quickly. They have a 24-hour emergency service but thankfully we've never had to use it because it is expensive. Their prices are good and they were definitely friendly.
Description of Work: We used R&W Heating to put in a new furnace.
