Action Disposal

I do not have them do recyclables anymore. They do a fine job. I don't have any interaction with them.

I will continue to use them.

They are reasonably priced. They come on time to pick up the garbage and I can count on so we would continue using Action Disposal in the future.

We like them. We have used more than three companies for garbage collection. We pay quarterly. They come on Tuesdays to collect trash if there is a holiday on Monday. They come pretty early in the morning and do what they are supposed to do. There is no agreement that they have to come at a certain hour. Their prices are the best we can get around here especially for the backdoor service. We like that we do not have to take the cans out to the street or drag them out to the street in the snow. We do not have to worry about cans blowing down the street or getting knocked over by a car. We can put them in front of our garage which means we only have to move them a few feet and they collect it from there and then we can put them back in the garage. They call it their backdoor service. They get the job done every week. We feel the office staff should be a bit more careful when handling payments. There have been several times where we have made our payment and it has not been credited right. Sometimes we have also received a call asking for the payment. We give them the check number and sure enough they have it. We have had to call them and then they figure it out but it has always been straightened up in the end. We wouldn't change services because of that but it has happened more than once. We like their service and they do well by us. They get the job done every week. We've been with them for a few years. We would recommend them.

I don't really have any complaints about them. They pick up my garbage when they are supposed to and they leave my garbage cans when they are done. Their prices are a little high. I am thinking about checking into someone else.

They are always on time and very clean.
