He wasn't honest with me. Refused to follow up after intitial quote/meeting. I was forced to get product/service elsewhere. Many year previous to this I wasn't happy with service provided. Cost high, they had tom change a small fortune for a part because they said that they had to order the entire assembly to get a small part that was in the assembly. They did do what I wanted or expected to fix my problem. The most recent diasappointment was. I called because I needed a new hot water heater. I did research I what I thought that I wanted and needed. Then I had Naugle come in. He was prompt. He gave me a reasonable quote. When I called to say that I wanted to go forward with this he never got back with me. After a couple of weeks I called again. I spoke to Naugle, the rep, and he said, he thought that he had gotten back with me. I told him that he hadn't and that I wanted to get the product that we discussed. I left it in his hands again and he dropped the ball. He never got back with me. It was clear to me that he nisrepresented his interest in providing the product and service (installation) that we initially discussed. He WASTED my time and gave me another example of poor service that I have been experiencing far too often in Lenawee County.

They no-call/no-showed and I still have not heard back from them. They were polite on the phone however.

Toilet was leaking and slow to flush, wife said part of toilet brush broke off in toilet.removed the toilet and found flange broke.The plumber replace flange and toilet and did wood floor repair.Job only took about 2 1/2 hours. plumber was every good.
