+ -1 moreThey would come out three times a year. I had a lot of issues with their billing department with them doing treatments that we didn't actually schedule and then sending bills when we actually already pre-paid.

+ -1 moreTheir prices are excellent. They missed a spot one time while mowing and after I called they came back and corrected the situation. The staff are friendly and responsive. The only problem I have is with their outdated billing system. I get a bill weekly and it is not accumulative. There is no way to tell how much I owe from the bill. They waste a lot of money on postage sending out weekly billing that means nothing. My grass is in much better condition this year since using their fertilizer and weed killer.
