Description of Work: I had them come to my new home to inspect and clean (if needed) two chimneys. They use cameras so they could show us all they saw - very cool. They looked at three chimneys for us and showed us where work was needed. We are having one capped this month, one in the spring and the third in a year. I appreciate how knowledgeable they seem to be, how well they communicate and show what they find and that they were willing to work with me in spreading out an expense I didn't plan for. I didn't know there were three chimneys and the third one is the one in the worst condition. I appreciate that they looked at everything though only called out to do the two fireplaces. I didn't compare prices.

Description of Work: Came to conduct a level 2 inspection on the chimney. They were on time, professional and courteous and I had a report/quote for the proposed work and pictures from the inspection emailed to be before they left.

Description of Work: They cleaned my chimney and wood stove. Have had them do this for several years, and they do an excellent job. Everything is spotless in their work area when they leave. Very professional.

He even retold all of the information over the phone to my husband. Thank you for being so professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. Nick is always welcome and our go to guy for fireplace issues.

Description of Work: I had the chimney cleaned which cost $248. Plus a new front to the fireplace with glass doors and screen. That cost $1500. |The young man who cleaned the chimney was to get back to me about the fireplace front, but 2 weeks later I had to call to ask when he was coming. The owner took over my ordering and installation. Both men were professional. I am very happy with the work that was done and the product I received. I will be using them again.

Mike kept his eye on the weather radar and opted not to rush through the job at the expense of quality to try to beat the rain. | |He came early on the second try and completed the job. Provided photos of the various stages of his work and answered questions.
