Description of Work: Inspection and evaluation of fireplace wood-burning insert and chimney flue, as well as water heater vent flue. Despite freezing temperatures the inspection was completed outside and inside. Mike and Dustin were pleasant, professional, and actually came a bit early. They took their time and did a thorough job, explained their observations and findings, and provided written documentation and recommendations.

Description of Work: Very good experience with this company. Two different work crews completed the project on my chimney. Both teams were very professional. I give them an A+ on their knowledge level and ability to communicate throughout the project. Only item to be aware of is that Doctor Flue has an up-charge applied to any credit card purchases.

Description of Work: Doctor Flue did an inspection of our fireplace and chimney after we moved into our home. They actually arrived an hour before the scheduled time, but it was a Saturday and they had called to see if it was alright if they came early. The 2 gentlemen that came were very professional and answered all our questions.
