I feel like I was ripped off, I ordered 2 windows to be installed in Ypsilanti area last week, family room ,measurements 70'' by 30 and the other one 70'' by 40 inches only plus a very small replacement sash and a sill + 2 hours of work = for a hefty price tag $3125 !!! The sales rep made me feel like I was getting a real discount (%60) while in reality it is too high, being from a different country I thought a company like Wallside is professional enough not to use such tactic, it's even worse than the ones I used to deal with back in my home town . And to make things worse they didn't install a high end ones, just regular ones in a wall that was ripped from drywall already, so it was just 2 hours work for $3125! I wish I can return them back and get my money back, I feel like I lost $1500 on such order . After contacting the company and sharing my disappointment that the 2 of work and $500 cost of windows don't really justify to pay $3125, the manger offered me $300 as a check and he wanted to ''shush me '' that I won't speak up about their inflated pricing .

The salesman showed up on time and spent two hours in my home telling me about the quality their windows vs. their competitors. He measured eight windows and gave me a quote of over $11,000! Then, I replied, "Ok, so the price is half of that because you have a buy one, get one free deal going on." He said, "No, that is the half price." I truly wanted to pick up his stuff and throw it out of my house. How in the world could someone try and rip me off that badly? After going back and fourth on price and calling the owner in Detroit, he came down to $3,200! Really? Do you think I really want to do business with someone who initially quoted me a price of over $11,000 for eight windows???!!!! NEVER and I NEVER recommend this company for that reason. They may have fine, quality windows, but there was no way I was going to pay them a nickel after that price quote. 3/18/15. The estimate was given approximately a year ago. This year, I ended up going with Blackberry Systems and couldn't be happier!

They did a great job. They showed up on time, were quick, cleaned up their mess and removed the old material. They were the lowest price by a very large margin. The windows look good and work good.

They did not push us to try and spend extra, they explained well, they wer on time, and I was very pleased with their service. Their product was very high quality and very energy efficient.

Was done in 4 hours, arrived on time and was very professional! Will definitely call again to purchase and install glass front door.

It went well. But I was told that the city of saline requires slider windows can only change a certain percentage of your home in Saline Mi which I found out later this was not true. Unfortunately the windows were already placed when I found out. They truly stand behind the product though and will make things right. The windows were a good value for the price.

They came right out as scheduled, installed my doorwall, which is an excellent door. The door opens with easy, locks are great quality. Only had one problem there is a small dent on the inside of the vinyl. It doesn't effect the door at all and you can barely notice it unless you examine it closely.

The workers were clean, polite and professional. They came as promised and completed the job to specifications without hassle or complaint.

Arrived early. Had all windows pulled, installed and all clean up done in less than 2 hrs.

Very pleased with the workmanship, the prep before beginning installation of windows to make clean up quick, the professionalism of the crew and the 0 percent financing terms.

Wonderful. Highly recommend. The sales guy was new and I knew what I wanted so there was no hard sell needed. The guy that came out to measure was quick and on time. Installers called with arrival time and were the best, quick, efficient team I have had work on my house. I was able to ask questions when I had them, as they were installing. Plastic was laid down on the floors and over furniture. Windows were caulked and substantial trim was put in place around inside of windows. Spray foam was used around windows inside and out. Window wrap on outside was nicely done and sealed. The trim around the slider on the interior was removed and replaced with wider, nicer pine trim. After install they cleaned up outside and in and then asked if I saw anything they missed. There was one issue, one of the casements on the picture window came in wrong. It opened in the wrong direction. If I was closer to the factory they could have replaced it same day. The team came out and replaced the window the next week. Wow.....again same great service for one window. The guys also replaced the screen on one window because it had a weird spot on it, no questions asked. I would have liked to see outside color choices for windows and learn more about other products if Wallside sells them, sales guy just too new. Didn't know there was an option to have interior pine primed either. The lead installer told me they have fabulous exterior doors too. Might be only offered for Detroit area. The cost is higher for casements, the cost for doublehung windows or sliders would have been about 2K less. I super picky and did all my research up front knew what I wanted. The house has been much warmer, the cost was higher than other places but they are worth the cost. I would recommend Wallside to anyone. *updated price. Still happy with windows, very quiet. Gas bill has reduced by $10/month.

I had quotes from several window companies. All were higher than Wallside. One offered blinds between the panes of glass but I had heard those can lead to problems down the road. I decided to go with Wallside based on price and on quality. I know those two are often considered to be mutually exclusive but read on. I did my research and Wallside has made process improvements over the years to allow them to offer and actually stand behind the same multi-decade warranties offered by those companies that charge 3 to 4 times as much. One such improvement is their "warm edge" glass. This actually is the best looking between the panes option I have seen from any window company and if Wallside's claim is true it will be the most reliable as well. I had a competing estimate from a builder that I had done business with before and they offered to beat Wallside's delivery by several weeks. Wallside improved their delivery date and met it without incident. The crew I had was professional and took care replacing my windows. Every Wallside window had about 1/4 inch gap around the entire window. This meant there was no "force" involved in installing the windows and they all operate smoothly after installation. The crew sprayed in expanding foam around every window and this made sure there were no air leaks. Then they installed moldings on the inside and aluminum trim on the outside. I'm very satisfied and I'd use Wallside again. When they did the doorwall, they installed a very nice interior molding and the job looks very professional. The doorwall glides effortlessly and makes a solid seal. The house is quieter now that I got these vinyl slider windows instead of the loose-fitting aluminum sliders I had before. I expect my heat bill to be greatly improved this season. Wallside does use subcontractors for installation but the crew that does the install is the same crew that has to return to take care of any service so they tend to do a good job so they won't have to come back. I did not have to call my crew back. It's been 2 full weeks since the install and I haven't noticed any issues whatsoever and I'm confident that if something should happen such as a seal failure, Wallside will take care of it promptly.

It went perfect. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up before leaving. The salesman came to my house before the job to discuss everything. I received a follow up call after the job was completed. From the salesperson to the crew, everyone was friendly and responsible.

Well, they couldn't get the dates right on when to come out and get started. Kept getting rescheduled.

Sales rep came out, measured, provided a quote, wrote contract. Install was to be in kind replacement of windows with double hungs (only modification) and included exterior trim work. Installer came out and took final measurements. Windows were fabricated and install date set up. January 2014. Installers came out as scheduled, called ahead per agreement. Removed windows and trim. First window, no problem. Bay window was significantly smaller than the original. Installer explained original window was not to "code". I was disappointed, but with a large opening in my dining room, accepted the smaller window. When it came time to trim the exterior of this smaller window the installer wanted to put a "shed roof" on it rather than the full bay cap they removed. I insisted on "in kind trim". They did not have the material and told me I would have to contact "my siding guy". I contacted a manager at Wallside, he assured me they would take care of the siding and trim work and instructed me to "pay the installer in full", no worry! This was a major mistake. Within 3 weeks the large pane in the non-bay window began to stress crack. I must admit a replacement window was installed within a few weeks with a different installer. This was a great experience, however this installer took a look a the original job and pointed out some real issues. Not only was the trim work incomplete, there were issues with insulation and craftsmanship. He repaired what he could and called his boss. Additionally the cleanup on the exterior of the house was horrible, names, screws, caulk tubes were left in the bushes and lawn, when I called Wallside and provided feedback they did send the crew back out to clean-up. I must admit, when they returned, I got more than clean-up. I got to listen to a string of profanity regarding my lack of providing a trash receptacle and my pettiness! At the end of the day, the trim work has still not been done in spite of Wallsides apologies and excuses. I am going to have to hire someone to replace siding and finish the work. My take-away. Wallside windows are OK quality for the price. The installation of Wallside windows is totally dependent on the "independent" contractor they send your way. There are good ones and there are the ones that landed at my house. Wallside is very concerned with locking in the sale, once they have your money, they are done with you; they move onto their next customer. It is sad this is a Michigan based company and we like to keep our dollars in the State but we will never use this company again!

WORST customer service on the FACE OF THE PLANET. I had an appointment for Nov 1st, they called the day before and cancelled. After a lot of begging and pleading, they rescheduled me for Nov 8th. Then they called the VERY NEXT DAY and cancelled. Now my appointment is Dec 5th, a full 5 weeks after my original appointment. After they replace these broken crappy windows (that only lasted 6 years), I will NEVER do business with them again.

This is my third experience with Wallside and I have been pleased with all of them. There was a couple problems with the install this time but they were back within a week to correct them. I have called upon them for warranty issues in the past and there was never a problem. we loves our new windows.

I can not possibly say enough about this company! I have never been treated so well dealing with a company! Stephen Weisman was the salesman and I must say he is an amazing salesman. He took all doubt and questioning out of my mind when I seen the sales pitch he had. Everything went exactly how Steve said it would. The windows and door are beautiful. The exterior trim around the windows turned out better than i imagined. The insulation crew was awesome and did an amazing job. They came back and fixed the minor problems I had and those workers were very professional as well and did an amazing job as well. Wallside Windows spoiled me and now I expect this level of professionalism out of all contractors and companies. ( sadly I get disappointed more times than I like) Not many companies can hold a candle to Wallside Windows. I have no regrets and I am truly happy with everything about this company.

We’ve had a bit of an issue, but it got resolved, so they have been pretty good about it.

Salesman was professional and well informed. Price was very good. While Wallside's product seemed better quality than the standard big box windows, I decided to go with something a little higher end.

Wallside customer service is terrible. Wallside damaged my home and has done noting but give me the run around. Daniel D., Crew Leader, just made excuses and the Wallside Customer Service Manager does not even return phone calls. I would avoid this company at all costs due to their customer service.

They have to come out and replace the glass on six windows. They sent one person to replace the glass on a window and I asked them not to re-send him again because of the way he treated me. I was trying to explain to him how the draft was coming in and he said it was normal. They even had the wrong windows when they came out to do the installation. They are schedule to come out and look at the windows since I can hear a lot noise. I can hear my neighbors conversations when they are on their driveways. I'm to the point were I would just like all my windows replaced. I have not seen any change on my heating bill. I would not recommend them. I have other windows installed by someone else and they are just perfect, nothing compared to what they installed. They were recommended to me by someone that has not had any issues with their windows and that is why I went with them.

I didn't use them because I thought they were overpriced and the salesman was pushy. I went to their shop and the supervisor went down $200 or $300 but I still thought it was too high to replace 2 windows. They wanted $2,000. They came out very quickly. I would use them if they sent someone other than the guy that came.
