Description of Work: Replaced two original 1954 second floor windows. After some difficulty in getting the style I wanted (I had to contact the city inspector to get approval in writing on my style request before Wallside would move forward with the order) everything went smoothly and on schedule. Very quiet workers, clean, skilled and organized. They did a very good job. Will definitely contact them when I'm able to have more of the original windows replaced next year.

I seen Wallside Windows advertise on the television almost every night, I needed a Window upgrade so I immediately checked Angie's list for ratings, wow, i was shocked on the responses from other consumers. i made the initial phone call, received a return call the next day and the sales Representative was sitting in my kitchen the next day. Len, was awesome, Wallside you should be proud on his professionalism, appearance, Knowledge of the Product and overall demeanor, what an awesome gentleman. He took care of everything, my job was to pick out colors, styles and pay the bill. My Windows are now in, look beautiful and I can already tell the difference...No Air Leaks..the installers were great, took pride in their work and treated my home like their own. Thank-You again Angie's List and Wallside, you now can add another satisfied customer to your long list.

Description of Work: I was called the night before to confirm my appointment and set a timeframe. Since I would be home alone with the crew, I asked for the names of who would be coming to my home. The gentleman on the phone said he didn't know, and they would be an unmarked vehicles. I wasn't terribly comfortable, but he assured me that the crew would have a copy of my contract and their Wallside ID. The next morning, an unmarked van and two pickups pulled in. A man came to my door and showed me an ID with no photo, but a name, and showed me my contract. Great, and I thanked him by name, using what was on the card he showed me. "Uh, that's not me, that's some other guy." WHAT was the point of showing me ID that's not even yours?? When my husband called to check in he wanted me to throw them all out of the house, but by that time I had two huge holes in my walls and needed them to finish. The work is beautiful, the price is reasonable, the professionalism was terribly lacking.

Description of Work: Wallside came out and installed 21 windows in our home. This is the 2nd time we have used them. We had them install windows at our previous home as well. Their salesperson was quick, efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. The installers were on time and did their job. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely polite during the entire process.

Description of Work: I received a quote from Wallside to replace 7 windows in my house. Their quote was the lowest of the providers that I talked with but I chose a different provider because I felt that there was a step up in quality with the other provider that was worth paying a little more for.

Description of Work: Installed large front window. Office procees is a bit frustrating due to low usage of technology. Papers have to be mailed back and forth etc. installation team was pretty good. On time, neat and for most part cleaned up after job. Lead time was a bit long in my opinion considering the number of competitors. Quality of windows are good. Do your research as their are all sorts of salesman spills to what's best and what's not.

Description of Work: Full house window replacement was done in October 2013. 6 double-hung single windows, 1 double-hung double window, one tall skinny crank window and one big double-slider picture window. These were to replace the original windows with the house. $4800 out the door was an amazing deal for windows with 35 year parts & labor warranty. Everyone was professional and timely, from the sales rep to the installers and even after-sales support.

Description of Work: I used Wallside so that if there was a problem in the future, we would avoid the situation where the manufacturer and the installer are each claiming that it is the other's fault. Wallside manufactures & installs. They did a great job. Not only replacing windows, but also designing and installing a custom replacement for a window wall. And they have honored their lifetime guarantee (so far :>). Their price was competitive. Not the cheapest, but pretty good. They were willing to negotiate. This work was not done in 2011; that's just the farthest back that Angie's calendar goes. It was around 2007 or earlier. I would recommend them enthusiastically, and in fact have done so.
