Description of Work: This company did a great job. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. They also beat all the other estimates we received, and provided a quality product.

Description of Work: I had 17 windows replaced including 5 double-hung windows and 9 small picture windows. Two of the picture windows were triangular, which caused a hiccup during the installation and a second visit. However, the work was ultimately completed well. I was very happy with everything aside from the price, which was high compared to some of the local window companies.

Description of Work: All went well, only two concerns: (1) They were slovenly dressed and were subcontractors to Wallside, a bunch of sloppy looking kids, nothing like on the commercials (they all looked like 30+ aged pros), and (2) they left minor smudges and caulk on windows and left screws and hardware in the yard. But they installed quickly and did everything extra we asked for them.

Description of Work: Overall I would give them an "A". The end result were great looking windows at a very reasonable price. Of the 5 quotes I received, their's was by far the lowest. I only had one issue and that was with one of the installers. I work out of my home and he carried a radio on his belt with the volume up HIGH. He wasn't very careful with his cleanup and the person in charge had to re-do some of his work. He got some caulk on a couple of tables and my couch. I heard the supervisor talking to him about this and the supervisor got everything taken care of quickly. So far, I'm in LOVE with my new windows!

Description of Work: They replaced all the side sliding windows and sashes. The 2 installers were very efficient and worked straight for around 12 hours. They were very nice and very good at their job.

Description of Work: They replaced 5 windows. The installers did a wonderful job - paying attention to detail. They cleaned up any mess. They worked quickly and efficiently, even forgoing lunch as we had previous plans. Our installation date was postponed one day; however, the president of the company called to apologize and reimbursed us for our inconvenience. I plan to have Wallside replace our remaining windows next year.

Once a date was set for installation, they came out and measured the windows and were there on the day of installation, early and quickly installed the windows. They look great. They also did some extra details that we asked them to do without complaints.
