Description of Work: I had all new windows installed. My salesman, Bill, was wonderful. The crew was polite and professional. Clean up was perfect. I called to let them know that one seam did not get caulked, and they were out on the next business day to take care of it.

Description of Work: Wallside replaced two sliders (doorwalls). One was replaced exactly the same size as had been there. The other one we increased the size from a 2 pane 6 ft doorwall to a 3 pane 12 ft doorwall with the center pane being the slider. We've used Wallside before and trust the company. They did exactly what they said they would. They would get all A's except for two things. Since they only do window/doorwall construction, not general construction, they couldn't provide an electrician. I found an electrician, but the scheduling process was stressful. Wallside's process was to let me know a couple weeks ahead as to the date of installation (that part was great). But the actual time they would show up wasn't given until the morning that they were scheduled. So the electrician was there early and did what he could till they got there. It just wasn't an optimal process. I also find the lock on the door to be difficult to use. The locks at the floor are great. Overall, my opinion is favorable and I would use Wallside again.

Description of Work: We had 9 Windows replaced by Wallside. They did a good job. The only issue we had was the person that was supposed to come out and measure did not show up. We called Wallside and they rescheduled for a different person to come out on a different day.

Description of Work: i have been using wallside for years. they consistently give me a great michigan made product and service. they do not require a "husband" to be present, like Majic windows, when you get their estimate, or to sign the work contract. they stand by their product and i am able to purchase how many windows i need and can afford at a time. the employees are professional and clean.
