I felt very good about the work that this company did. I am very pleased with how the windows were installed and how tight they are sealed. It will definitely help improve my energy bills this winter. They measured for the windows and took care of ordering them, as well, which made it more convenient for me.

Their price is not the lowest, but they did a good job. There was something that they had to come back and fix, but they were up front about it. They called us to schedule an appointment and were very nice about it.

Although I don t remember the price exactly, I do remember it was very reasonable and the men that came were very professional and very respectful of the area. They cleaned up very well and even came back some months later after one of the windows was found to have a crack in it. They replaced it free of charge. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I was very dissatisfied with the work this company did. First of all, unbeknownst to me, they hired out a sub contractor to do the work that day and they couldn't leave fast enough. This meant I wasn t sure about the license and the insurance they had, and when I confronted the customer service representative at their office, I was rudely cut off and told there was nothing in my contract that didn t specify they could do this. I was upset at the trash they left around the house and also the fact that they didn t put back on the security bars they took off. All in all I don t think I would use them again nor recommend them to others.

Wallside wasn't the cheapest price in town, but they offered a 0% introductory rate financing for two years. They have a very good warranty and also very good customer service. They brought in a whole crew and got the job done very quickly and they didn't leave any mess behind.

I wish I can say great service since I chose due to this list s rating and recommendation from people at who used them. Customer service was poor after the work was done. I had to call so I can have the cracked window replaced and to complain because they came out the following weekend when I expected a window installed. No window was with the installer, but he did measure the window and determine the wrong size was written down. Um, you could have come out during the week while I was at work to measure. When asked why the windows were made 1 - 2 inches smaller than original, customer service rudely replied that s how they make them for installation (like I should know this). I spoke with the manager because I wanted to be treated like a human. He wasn t friendly and just arranged for window and broken fixture to be replaced. There is so much more, but not enough space. I have two large patio windows and one patio door to replace. I do not see repeat business in their future.

They did excellent work and showed up on time. They cleaned up well and were reasonable in price. I like that they never tried to pressure me into anything I did not want.

I have nothing but praise for the company. All the way from getting the first estimate to the final inspection, it was one of those experiences that restores your faith in humanity. The work was done amazingly quickly and efficiently and the windows are superb, my house now feels so secure and such an improvement in appearance. I would have absolutely no reservations about highly recommending Wallside to anyone.

I can't get over how impressive their operation was...Showed up exactly on schedule with a team of four workers. Immediately got to work, were considerate. Finished, including clean-up, in four hours.

I felt sick when it was done. I had been so excited to get the new windows and they were hideous. Several of my friends had used Wallside and been very happy with them. To Wallside's credit, when I called and told them what'd happened,(though they had trouble believing it was as bad as I said) they sent someone out the next morning to see. It was another installer, and he was horrified. He said the windows would all have to be completely re-done. Unfortunately, the trim around our outside doors measures 4 inches, he said we were stuck with 6-inch size window trim because of the red caulk all over the siding; he said it couldn't be removed. They did fix the windows (ANOTHER all-day job where my husband & I had to take off work again) and replaced 4" trim with 6" trim on the doors in the front (but not the back; they said we'd have to pay for that). Overall I was fairly satisfied with the FINAL outcome.

The 4 man crew showed up on time. After putting drop clothes down through-out the house, one man started removing the old windows while the rest of the crew unloaded the truck. These guys really had their act together. They were out of here in less then 6 hours. I can't say to much on how they cleaned-up after the job, VERY thorough. I had 2 of the other big window companies out and I'm glad I went with Wallside.

The salesman did an ok job. He really didn't go out of his way to show us any different types of windows that were available. He didn't mention the garden window; I had to bring that up myself. I was impressed with the installation crew. They were on time and very courteous. They did a good job with the installation, and they protected our carpeting and did a complete clean up when finished. I also referred my sister to Wallside, and I am pleased to say they issued me a $100 bonus for the referral. Overall, I was pleased with our purchase.

I was quite disappointed that it took 8 weeks for the work to begin. After several phone calls, the workers finally came and did a great job. It was 90+ degrees every day, but they were diligent.

CAME OUT AND INSTALLED DOOR WALL. DIDN'T REPAIR AND REPLACE DRYWALL NO INSULATION INSTALLED. I CALLED THE COMPANY TO COME OUT AND FIX PROBLEMS NEVER CAME BACK OUT. THIRD WINDOW CROOKED. I HAD TO REPAIR MYSELF. STATED TO FAR FOR THEM DRIVE.

I did have a draft coming through one window and they corrected that. They came right out to fix the problem. I have no problems with them at all. I have recommended them to neighbors.

A thoroughly satisfying experience, from the initial sales call to the installation. The quality of the work was superb. The installers were highly professional, experienced, fast, and punctual. The four of them worked together, like a disciplined team. Once they were finished , I did not need to call them back for anything. And, merciful, Wallside did not subject me to any customer satisfaction surveys. They did a superior job and they knew it. Good for them. What a rare pleasure.

We liked them. We've had them before to replace our windows. We liked them then, and we like them now. We're very pleased. They were very nice and they also cleaned up everything nicely and took the trash away.

I HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY SATISFIED, THEY REPLACED TWO THAT WERE DEFECTIVE RIGHT AWAY. VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY CLEAN.

After getting 3 estimates from 3 different window companies I went with Wallside. Not the cheapest estimate of the 3, but when calling the office the professionalism and response time won me over....FANTASTIC installers, gorgeous windows and they cleaned up EVERYTHING when they left to the point you couldn't even tell they had been there! I will be using them again for my Florida Room window replacements next year. They were excellent to deal with !

When we ran into a problem, theynd replaced it without hassle.

They were excellent, very polite, & neat. They cleaned up after themselves. They did the job pretty fast.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT WE HAVE USED THEM. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

Actual installation subcontracted to Rousseau Enterprise of Chelsea. These young men went out of their way to accommodate my wheelchair-bound husband, finishing one room first, so that he could stay warm. They also managed to work around two waterbeds I could not move away from windows without harming them. Very quick and professional job: beautiful installation, no damage to landscaping, thorough clean-up.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CLEAN UP AND COMPLETED JOB. I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS AND I THINK I GOT A GREAT DEAL ON THE PRICE. GREAT WARRANTY TOO!

WALLSIDE WINDOWS ARE JERKS! THEY DON'T FOLLOW UP ON JOBS. HAD TO HAVE THEM COME OUT TWICE. TERRIBLE JOB. FOLLOW THOUGH WAS AN F. CITY INSPECTION TOLD SMOKE DETECTORS WERE MISSING.
