The work turned out really nicely. I thought it was excellent. They were in and out in about the time that I expected them to be. They did real nice work on the finishing trim and caulking around the windows. I think the product lived up to what they advertise it to be. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

We were very satisfied. They did the work on time and kept their promises. We were very happy with the windows. They came and measured the windows. They had to cut a part of our older windows which were small. They made sure that they didn’t cut anything extra and were very careful. We thought that their price was reasonable and their quality of work was good. They were very responsive and they came here on time. I would hire them again if I needed new windows.

They were excellent and did it all in one day. They recycled all of the windows and never broke any of the new ones. They cleaned up beautifully and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They were truly what they said, they advertise in Michigan and their price was excellent. I cannot say enough about them. Polite, neat and clean. My windows are wood on the inside and they were able to keep them that way, and they are vinyl on the outside.

They did a good job. They did all of the work in one day. They did the entire house in one day. The work was very fast and very well. I give them all A’s for their service.

Went well. Be prepared to repaint trim around windows and for a fair amount of clean-up. Everything had been well tarped but it is still a dusty project.

They were very neat and covered my furniture while working. They are in and out very quickly.

The salesperson comes right to the unit, meaures & gives a quote. They only have one product but it was a decent quality (I have rentals). They have a lifetime guarantee, even on the glass. This was a very good feature for me. Overall I am very pleased with them.

Response to intial estimte request was good and installation was scheduled very quickly. Price seemed to be fair and on installation day they moved quickly replacing the windows. Cleanup was OK but not overzealous. The problems began a year or two after installation when the seals began to leak and the windows began to fog. Let's just say that initial sales take precedence over servicing existing customers! We have had them out several times over the years to replace bad seals and they rarely if ever show up during their "window". The last straw was the last one that needed to be replaced. The installer showed up without the winow! They claimed they did not have the original measurements and would need to measure again. After measuring they said it would be about 10 days and they would be back to install. This was in May of 2009. After fighting with them for 3 months and finally having to call the owner direct, they replaced the window.

They were very professional. They came out right on time and did the work before the afternoon was over. I have ben very pleased with their service. The price was reasonable and they even gave us a discount.

Very good experience. The Crew arrived 7:30am and was completed by11:30 am. They knew exactly what to do as each worker had his own responsiblities.

They did a great job! They were in and out of here in one day. They cleaned up okay, it was like they were never here! They were one of the two lowest bidders for the job.

They were punctual, responsive and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job of installing the windows, but the quality of the windows was not good. They had to come back for some repair and the repairman accidentally dropped the window A/C that I had and asked me not to call his company because it would be deducted from his salary. However, I called the company and they got it fixed for me.

They did a good job and they did it in a timely fashion. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again in the future.

The windows were replaced relatively well, but one of the windows was wrong. We had to have them come back at another time to install that window once the problem was corrected. We also had a repair person out. That required a couple of appointments also because the installation is separate from the repair. We ended up with way to many appointments between the two. The end result was good though.

They were on time. They delivered by the time they promised. They cleaned up behind themselves. The workers were friendly. They were easy to get a hold of at the initial phone call.

I was very pleased with the experience, from the Salesman to the install. I felt they were very straightforward, professional and not pushy.

Did the usual haggling with the salesman who went down $50 from the original quote. Work crew arrived on date scheduled and stayed for about 3 hours as estimated. Crew did an excellent job and was very polite. I inspected each window from insided and outside the house and was completely satisfied. Crew cleaned up afterward and removed old windows from premises. Be prepared for a LOT of noise. Here is an important tip. I had Wallside put in windows previously. After install there was a strip of raw wood on each side of the windows that had been put in and had to be painted or stained (by the customer) to match the existing woodwork. This was a bit of a hassle as I had to find paint and stain to match. When I had windows put in this time, salesman requested an outside install because I have really nice woodwork framing the living room windows and shutters on the inside windows upstairs. This eliminated the need for that raw wood on the windows so no repainting or staining was needed.

Out of the two estimates I received, they were the cheapest. Everything turned out OK! They came on time and were very pleasant and professional. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I'm not sure the exact price, but it was about $1,500.00.

Sales representative was punctual, but the whole presentation seemed rushed. The sales pitch was very low pressure, almost to the point of indifference. He said that he didn't have to push the sale because they have enough other business that it wouldn't hurt them if we didn't make the purchase. The pitch was somewhat impersonal, like he had to get through a script. The price quoted from Wallside was the lowest estimate we received from any company. The product appeared to be high quality and the warranty was very attractive. We were confused about what exactly was quoted. He kept on telling us "double hung" when in fact 5 of the 7 windows being replaced were sliders. He also said the quote was for 8 windows, even though we only have 7. To be fair, we did not call back to clarify the quote before going with another company. Bottom line: good product at an excellent price, but service-wise, it felt like we were lost in the shuffle of a large company trying to make another sale.

The clean up was not good. I had glass in my carpet. I'm not too sure what type of caulk they used, but I had to keep the windows open for 2 days due to the smell. They do back up their warrantee, but the quality of work just wasn't there.

I would like to recommend them to everyone. They were really good. They were on time. They came really prepared. They also knew what they were doing. I would rather not disclose the price.

I was happy with the price they charged me and they did a good job. Compared to another company I had do work for me, I was very happy to have them do the installation. They did the job pretty quickly and I would recommend them for the service they offer.

They are the best and I have had no problems with my new windows. They were on time, accurate, and answered all of my questions. They have a great service and they are very detailed with everything that they do.
