I like the windows. They crew that came out was very professional. The follow up work was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

They took out our plain window and put in a bay window. They did a fabulous job where we had wood put in. It looked fabulous.

The salesman came out. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about certain things and he explained them in a language and detail I understood easily. I had some particular things that I wanted done my way and he actually discussed those with me. He kept it on his mind and thought of another option that would better for me not only cost wise, aesthetics and for the installers. I did go with his suggestion and it worked out real fine. He let me choose what kind I wanted. He didn't push. Once I told him what I wanted and he understood we set the price and I agreed, the price was excellent. The financing terms were special. I had some other estimates in prior years that were certainly more than that for sub-par windows compared to theirs. Their installers were excellent too.

My sales person was really good and provided the top install team. Mac and hist team did a great job of installing all my windows and ensuring the trim stayed in great shape. I had a really good experience.

They were excellent. The sales people were good and the workers were really good. They picked up after themselves. One of the workers noticed that a window was leaking argon gas so they ordered another one for me. I didn't even see it but he was kind enough to bring it to my attention. The windows are guaranteed for life and so far they have stood by their product.

The saleslady came knowing I had specifically requested that NO Hard-sell, Buy it NOW, sales pitch be used. Several years ago I carried a salesman's case to the porch to make it plain he was NOT invited to stay longer. She only Made it plain that I needed to decide Very Quickly because in early November they were already scheduling Installs for mid-December. On the day of installation, the crew showed up about 9:20 or so and they were cleaned up and gone by 3 PM. I gotta hand it to them, they got it done quick and efficiently, without cutting corners, despite the Record-setting BITTER cold and Windy conditions. Very Professional and as thorough as you could reasonably expect, given the conditions. I offered a tip to the crew-boss, enough for a couple rounds of Holiday Cheer, but he insisted it wasn't necessary. The windows, themselves, are much improved over my old ones, but I still have a slight issue with a perceived draft where the sashes meet. Its was only really noticeable at the worst extremes of temperature and wind those few days right after installation. The repair guy was here today and tried to explain that it was a convection eddy due to the warm air and colder glass...not sure if I buy that 100%, but for the Money I spent, I'm not going to continue complaining. It's STILL a great improvement over what came with the condo 20 years ago when purchased.

I am very pleased with my new windows and with Wallside, in general. The quote was excellent and delivered with no pressure or suspicious tactics. I made sure the product we selected would qualify for the 2010 Home Energy Efficiency Improvement federal tax credit. Wallside's price was the lowest; plus, they were the only company that guaranteed installation before year's end. They came out twice to measure and I had to be home for both appointments. I'm glad they wanted accurate measurements, but it was a minor inconvenience due to my work schedule. Installation took place exactly four weeks after we signed the contract. The installation crew consisted of 6-8 men. They seemed to work very efficiently, completing the job in 4.5 hours. The two glass block windows had to be *smashed* out of the walls. The crew spent a while cleaning, but I still found lots of very small pieces of broken glass and "glitter" both inside the house and outside. It took me a couple passes sweeping and vacuuming to clean it all up. Overall, I'd say they did a satisfactory job cleaning up, but not exceptional. In the bathroom, a crew member broke my original marble sill and replaced it with a decent enough looking one, but they told me at the END of the job as opposed to right when it happened. I'm sure some people would have been very upset about that. I checked all the windows, asked for one additional bead of caulk in the bathroom, and I tipped the crew $60. The foreman seemed very taken aback by that gesture, responding "Wow, this NEVER happens. You're Customer of the Year!" (I didn't tell him it was going to be a $100 tip originally.) My total price out-of-pocket for nine windows was $2264: $2900, plus $60 tip, less a $696 tax credit.

They have had a good reputation over the years. They are a family owned and operated business here locally. They come to you with samples when you call them. They will do the work soon.

Perfect from start to finish. The salesman was knowledgable and informative without insisting on spending hours of our time explaining every detail of windows. Crew arrived 10 minutes EARLY (always a plus in our house!) and were professional and curteous. Clean up was exceptional.

Wallside replaced all of the windows in my house several years ago, except for the windows replaced for this job. I was very satisfied with their first job, so it was an easy choice to return to Wallside again. The sales person is very professional and helpful, the quality if the work and cleanup is excellent, on it was done on time. Wallside is certified to manage the possibility of a lead hazard.

The project went well. They gave me a really good warranty and they are sending me a copy for your records.

The salesman came to our home and gave us an estimate which was lower than the other two estimates we'd received. Date was set for replacement of windows - crew arrived on time - finished in one day and cleaned up after completion - we have been very pleased with the product.

It went extremely well!!! I was very pleased with "The Travis Crew". It began with them dropping off my wood trim a couple of weeks prior to installation so I would have plenty of time to stain it (with a combination of dark walnut stain and light beige carpeting this made my life a whole lot easier). On installation day they called me in the morning to let me know what time they would be coming out. When they arrived the first thing they did was cover the carpeting and surrounding areas (great job). After making sure that everything was protected they began removing my existing windows. Everyone in the crew (6 of them) had their assigned job and did it very well. From the tear out specialist (no marble or granite sills were damaged) and installer (Travis) to their trim man who took the time to cope the corners rather than just putting up two 45's. As mentioned above they added foam insulation where required and made sure they had a good fit before trimming and caulking the outside. Outside trim and caulk looks great as well. Everyone worked very hard (it was 92 degrees that day) and the job was done in about 4 hours. When the job was done they also did a thorough job cleaning the house inside and out, removed stickers and cleaned the glass, and made sure that the wife and I knew how everything worked. Overall a very positive experience working with an excellent crew. The windows are working fine (yep, I took them all for a test drive) and with a 35 year warranty I feel pretty secure. Also wanted to compliment the salesman (Mark Lampinen) - no high pressure but always available when you have questions. Also a shout out to 2 of my neighbors who recommended Wallside to me. They, along with Angie's List, were the major factors in my deciding to go with Wallside.

they showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. The spring after they installation one of our windows cracked - they came right out and replaced the window and made some adjustments so that it would not happen again.

The installation was prompt and detailed; the storm effectively keeps the elements from my entry door.

The 4 installers worked straight through without stopping until the job was completed. They even moved the baby grand piano into the next room as it was in the way of access to all the windows and moved it back upon finishing. They all were very professional and knowledgeable. Also, cleaned thouroughly afterward.

The crew arrived promptly at 9:30 and laid down covers to protect the floors and also covered outside the house. They were very professional and did a very good job. cleaned up after and were finished within 5 hours.

Roger and his crew did a great job, start to finish, clean-up,and gone , 4 hours.

Wallside did a great job. They were on time, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. I went with Wallside because of price, warranty and the fact that many other window companies did not want to do the cement sills on the exterior of the house. All in all they did a great job and did everything they promised. I highly recommend!

I followed the website and asked for a 15-minute quote. The salesman, Frank, did not exceed my time limit. Mike the Measure Man called me a few days later and did the measurements. The installers called me the day of the service and promised a time they'd arrive - they were early. They cleaned up everything afterward and they were not bothered by my two dogs running around.

They were in and out in one day. The clean up was fine and I thought everything was fine. The windows do not slide as well as we had hoped, but this is not a large issue. We do know the windows insulate well, so they should be tight. They did not leave a phone call unanswered. I have never had any one as professional as this company.
