It was a wonderful experience. I will grade them A's all around.

They were in and out in 5 hrs, almost like they have done this once or twice before lol. They work like a well oiled machine. The windows look great from inside and out.

Installation was rapid and well done. The only major issue was a miss measurement of two windows. Both new windows were installed the following week. The installation crew was very professional and pleasant. They sent enough people to get the project done within a few hours.

Our salesman Skip was one of a kind. Professional, timely, didn't try to oversell yet offered lots of options. He was terrific! Arrived on the predetermined date and ON TIME!!! Completed the entire project so fast yet kept my house clean, and when they were done you could not even tell they were in my home. Windows/doors/wrapping and gutters are wonderful and airtight and pretty to look at. Awesome prject. Best I have ever experienced. I was amazed with their overall performances - all 3 crews!! This company can actually perform to expectations and deliver what they advertise while maintaining an extremely high level of craftmanship. Kudos to Wallside!!!!!!!!!!

I did not use them because I found somebody cheaper. I think the quote was for $6,500. I liked them, but I found another company that had better quality windows and were less expensive. This is a national company. However, I was looking for better quality windows. They were on time and the guy was polite. I did not have any issues with them. I would consider them for a future quote.

We were very pleased, not only with the sales representative but with the quality of the product and the installation crew. We were very happy and will use them again in the future.

I had an EXCELLENT experience overall and would highly recommend them. With Wallside being the factory - doesn't it make more sense to keep your money locally?

From the salesman Darin, to the team leader Joe, the experience was great. I'm not sure I believe all the sale pitches (you probably end up paying the same regardless), but I had no problems. I went downstairs with my cats while the guys worked and amazingly 6 hours latere it was all done and cleaned up. Joe the team leader even re-hung my blind breackets which I had mentioned were difficult for me to take down. I'm very happy with the windows and doorwalls.

We liked the windows. We didn’t really like the way they cleaned up their mess. They didn’t clean it up like they said they would. Basically we did like their service.

My experience with Wallside Windows Company was good. They were friendly. The installation went smoothly. I liked the final product. It didn’t take them too long to install it, I liked that. Their price was pretty good. I would use them again in the future.

They were fast. They were clean. They did a good job installing windows. They paid attention to detail. I called them up with a small problem that I had. After the fact, they came out to fix the problem. They explained to me what I was misinterpreting. They were wonderful.

Salesman was well informed and pleasant. They use sub contractors for installers my crew probably all spent time in Jackson bad on clean up. One window and one doorwall that never leaked did with the new windows had to hire a handyman to caulk them. I would and will use them again because I love the product but would tell them they better send their ace crew out to install.

I thought their service was good. They were clean. They did everything, cleaned up after themselves, and left.

Installation crew left yard messy with tips of caulk cut off all over the yard. Door would not latch properly due to being installed but not squared up. It took about a week for someone to come back to correct the error. Attitude of telephone receptionist at Wallside was not professional at all. She was very rude.

Overall we can not find any fault. Most satisfied.

The crew was very good and experienced. They did a great job and I will continue to use the same in future.

I interviewed a lot of people, thinking I would replace a lot of windows. In the end, Wallside had the best product at the best price. Some nice ones were just not affordable for me. There were a lot of steps involved, and they followed through quickly on everything.

I was very pleased with them. There was no pressure from the salesperson. He was highly professional, respectful and knowledgeable. The crew was very timely, clean and very professional. The quality of the work, with the test of time, I found the product to be of extreme good value. They are a local manufacturer and provide very high quality work.

We requested a second quote because the first quote was very unprofessional. The second quote was professional, punctual and very acceptable. We contracted Wallside and within 3 weeks they arrived to install our windows. The crew did a very good job installing the windows and within 1 day. Everything was trimmed and sealed to our satisfaction. What we failed to notice (after the crew had left the site) was we had 2 diffierent styles of muntins in side by side windows.....4 in total. Example, 2 windows side by side: 1 window had a 6 panel muntin theme and the adjacent window has a 9 panel muntin. The appearance is unacceptable and apparently a warehouse mistake. We contacted Wallside service to establish how and when we can get this issue corrected. In 2 calls they have been very casual and can only send a representative to the home when convenient for them; we still have not established a date or time to review with a Wallside representative.

From what I remember, everything was fabulous. They came out. They were professional. They handled the job well. They got it done quickly. Their pricing was good, and that was why I went with them. They were friendly. The windows are still doing well.

$348 is a very good price. Home Depot quoted me (at my house) $651 ! ("on sale") I was so excited about the quote of $348, I asked about having some of my smaller windows replaced, too. The answer, unfortunately, was $348/window on the smaller ones too (so I didn't splurge and do more). So, for big windows, Wallside apparently has a great prices. For smaller windows, I don't know. When Wallside's (very quirky) salesman gave me this $348 price with no haggling, I canceled my estimator appointment with Hanson's, telling them I already like my (non-disclosed) Wallside quote and just want to go with it. Hanson's receptionist replied, "whatever quote you got, we guarantee we will beat it." My guess is Hanson's would have beaten it by $20, out of obligation, but my time is more valuable than messing around playing the two companies against one another for an additional 15% discount--not to mention, I'd have felt bad for my Wallside salesman who is a laid-off elementary teacher. The new window looks perfectly fine, and the installers left NO TRACE of their work. No dust, no footprints, no trash in my can, no scratches on my wood trim, nothing. They said, "For safety reasons please stay on the far other end of the house while we are working." I'm sure they just didn't want me to bug them or see them make a mistake or hear them say something crude. But, hey, safety also may come a little bit into play, so I just left them alone. Wallside's window factory has a bit of a backlog (4+ weeks), but other than that, I absolutely couldn't have asked for anything better than what I received, for a base window purchasing experience. You MUST quote them!

Wallside came out and gave us an estimate for replacing windows and doorwalls in our home. Once we decided to go with Wallside the sales rep came out and we signed the contract. On the day of install two crews showed up (10-12 workers). They were working by 7:30am. They were respectful and efficient with our home and our time. Within 7 hours they were done. They had everything cleaned up and loaded. We did a final walk through with the foreman and found the work to be exemplary. They took the time to show us the function of the windows and the doorwalls.

Overall, it was a very good experience as far as the price goes. I did have a couple of estimates and they were comparable. The quality was excellent. The people that came out to do the work were excellent too. I would definitely recommend them. They were very clean and very considerate of the inside of my house. They came in and they even moved stuffs for me. They put stuff down on my wood floor so that nothing would get on it. They cleaned up. I've never seen people work like them. It was one of the best experiences that I'd ever had. They had several people. One came in and tore the windows out and someone came in and put it in and another person corked. They came in and did what they had to do. I had 3 windows and they cleaned everything up for me. I would use them again in the future.
