Work went seamlessly. Crew worked fast. Weather caused some slow down but overall looks really good. Changed the entire look of the house.

I will probably do something with them in the spring.

They are pretty good, they have a good reputation. Flexible.

Very pleased with Wallside. I checked with multiple companies prior to Wallside and received the typical high pressure sales routine. A co-worker recommended Wallside based on his experience. The sales person who responded was knowledgeable and down to earth. I was impressed with the product and the warranty. I had the patio door installed and could not be more pleased. The installers were professional and courteous. The install was exceptional. The installers cleaned everything, installed trim and caulked. The patio door looks beautiful and was custom made to fit an unusual size opening. The price was fair. I will use Wallside for all windows in the future based on this experience, and have no reservations recommending Wallside to others. A great experience from start to finish.

They've been good. I would even say that there was one thing that I was unhappy with and I called them and they didn't challenge me, they fixed the problem, they were receptive to my critique and they made it right at no charge so you know I would say it's an A.

They were professional and the windows look great.

Although we decided to use a company that would do our siding & windows together, we were very pleased with the Wallside representative's visit. Gina P. was friendly, knowledgeable about the products and never use any of the high pressure tactics that we'd heard about other companies. The estimate she gave was comparable with other estimates we received and the samples shown to us looked high quality. We can't give a recommendation about the work but we would hire them if we just needed windows. If you're looking to replace or install new windows we think you should check Wallside Windows out.

Overall, Wallside Windows did a good job (but there is room for improvement). Major upside of going with Wallside was promotional 0% interest loan for 6 years. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, replacing all the windows in a 7-hour period. However, the cost of such speed was large, obvious caulk lines on the exterior of the windows / new aluminum (too large of lines for my taste, could have been much neater lines), and left behind debris (e.g., at least 20 pieces of glass, screws, aluminum material). I would hire Wallside again, but would like them to consider hiring one additional person for cleanup so install crew can focus more on installing and cleanup person can continuously pick up old materials during the process.

The windows are fine. The workers were friendly and professionalism but they do not clean up very well.

They were not creative about redoing the open space but price was fair and quality great. Customer service was top notch. The only glitch was they did not make our first scheduled installation as the installers were over scheduled. We had to wait a few days for next spot. It was inconvenient because all of our window treatments were down and we had no privacy and early morning sunlight waking up the family.

It was rough at first with some wrong information given by the salesman but after that it went well with the person who measure and the installers

I was very impressed with Wallside's easy and quick response. Their technicians called ahead and showed up on time. When unexpected installation challenges required a different size window, Wallside expedited the correct window to meet my deadline. Their high level of service and integrity are unexpected and welcome.

Wallside, with Mort Crim, several different listings and sales rep said there is more then one Wallside Windows and something to do with the BBB costs. We agreed to a quote if the quote required less then a half hour. The Rep was knowledgeable but the estimate took over two hours and when I asked if the items we discussed would be on the quote he said "No, I'll just write it on the back of a business card" - we thought he was joking but he wasn't. Nothing to state what was covered in the cost of the quote for us to review, contemplate, or compare. I guess they are afraid of a true comparison with other companies. Not receiving a written quote is very unprofessional in my book and I would be afraid that what we discussed would not be in the price and/or I would forget what was discussed prior to installation. Cost seemed high but we have not done comparisons.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves you never knew they were here .

The locks on the door handles don't always work easily. They said it would get better after the door was used a bit. Not really. There are problems with the construction on the 12 ft door wall. There are large cracks in the drywall that they put back up over the top. I've been trying to get someone to come out for months, but haven't succeeded yet. They were due out today. I was told someone would call in the morning and give me a time. I didn't hear from them so I called and was told they were too busy on a big job today. They are now scheduled for two weeks from now. Again, they said they'd call in the morning to let me know a time. We'll see.

OK, but they do not seem eager to follow to fix damages done during the install. The do seem responsive to service issues with the windows themselves though.

Installation team was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They removed older windows, insulated as needed, and repaired any damaged wood. There was one issue where a larger window was not measured correctly. The Team brought the problem to the supervisor's attention and prioritized a window replacement over the next several business days (fitting the installation into their busy schedule). The new windows have made a world of difference: insulation, sound, sturdiness, etc. I will hire Wallside Windows again.

One window was delivered cracked but sash was replaced two weeks after. Very satisfied and would use them again.

well- encounter no problems and love the windows

Installed early December. Wanted to wait and see how the windows faired all winter. Windows so far look great and no drafts in the cold months. Very satisfied. Only problem was the workers installing seemed to just want to work quick. Some dings on my hardwood floors. Broken landscaping lights. They forgot to caulk the top of 3 of my windows. This has all been resolved but I was hoping for a smooth install with zero issues being the price for windows and installation nowadays.

They were the cheapest around. I had bids for forty thousand, and fifty thousand. They were only about twenty four thousand. They measured seventeen of the fifty two. They took out the old windows, and left them open. It preceded to rain for two days straight inside my house. Lucky the floors did not buckle up. If the floors did buckle up, they would be sued. They were so good up until that point. They had good service. They make their own windows for the house. Locally owned. Paid their own workers. Above a living wag with benefits. Its a good company. They kind of screwed up. They had a whole week delay with getting the job done.

Windows are what I expected. Overall pretty good. Installation was ok. Crew cleaned up, but chalking was just ok. Overall the experience was good. Low price made up for minor chalking mistakes.

Fabulous job from the meeting to review the various window types, the measuring, to the actual replacement. Was given a date for the replacements to occur the Same day I committed to having them done.. The replacements were done in a half day. Quality top notch from start to finish. Neighbors immediately complimented how nice they looked. Even had follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied. Would recommend in a heartbeat

Great product. Installers were tidy, professional and did a great job on install and exterior trim. Would use again and highly recommend.

I got a deal. They don't pressure you to buy and they have a good product.
