Overall, my experience was almost perfect. Installation was done quickly and professionally. There was very little mess left behind (save a pair of screws in the yard -- honestly, not bad considering the number of windows being replaced) I was happy with the finishing work (caulking, trim, sills). They also followed up with any questions While I don't think the installation crew was strictly Wallside, they had *very* obviously done a LOT of Wallside windows installations (and even discussed with each other improvements of particular window features). The windows themselves were a much appreciated replacement to my aluminum frame windows. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if I had a need to.

Everything about the service was great except the sales guys take up too much time selling the company (2hrs). They run a large organization the subcontracts the jobs to trained companies. The work was good. They cleaned up everything and even came back promptly to fix a loose drip edge.

They did what they said they would do. I love the windows. When they first installed them, there was one little glitch and I called them and they came that day and didn’t leave till I was satisfied.

What I liked was they were here when promised with several guys. Each seemed to have his job to do and did it quickly and efficiently.I was very pleased with the results.

They did a pretty good job. The quality of the work was good.

The windows are still fairly new, but so far the are proving to be very good. The company was very professional and cleaned up very well after the themselves when the job was done.

The experience was good but I didn't like the price.

We called Wallside (using a friend's recommendation and high Angie's list rating) along with three other major window companies. The first was too expensive, the second never returned our call and Wallside had an unbeatable deal (buy one window get a second free, although they have been running that ad for over a year) with interest free financing. Our salesman, Skip, was punctual, courteous and very helpful. He had great recommendations to improve the look and functionality of our windows (ie which way the casements opened, turned two windows into one and recommneded replacing our french doors for a door wall to let in more light). The install went well, it took about eight hours with a crew of six. The job looks extremely professional and their flashing guy is amazing. The installers gave us a few pieces of the unpainted/unstained moulding so we could match stain. Their cleanup was what we expected; good but not perfect. Overall we are impressed with Wallside and would happily contract them again.

Work not done yet, but everything seems on the up and up, no pressure, good communication, timely.

Took out the old aluminum windows and hauled them away. Work was all done in about six hours with no problems. Very clean and very respectable of my property. At the end the two large screens on the living room picture window were too tight, they had replacements delivered and installed within two weeks. Would definitely use them again.

Called Wallside on a Friday and requested to speak to someone with some knowledge... the owner took my call and answered my questions. I also asked for a salesman to come out the following day (Saturday), he assured me that he would find someone to come out and he did. The Sales Call: The salesman was not pushy and didn't waste my time (like the guy from Hanson's) and had a better price too. I was skeptical of their ability to honor the installation date because they took a long time to send someone for the final measure. They installed them on time! Installation: Wallside does use contractors, but those contractors do work exclusively for them I was also concerned about the installers using low expanding foam vs. fiberglass to fill the gaps between the walls and window frame. I actually had the salesman write a change order a while after the sale stating they would only use foam. He followed through on that as promised. The installers did a great job of removing my original aluminum frame windows and installing the new ones. They were my favorite aspect in dealing with Wallside. I consider myself a handyman with about 20 years of working with tools and I'm picky about how things are done. The installers did a great job, took their time, but were timely and used ample insulation, caulk and work to get it right. They addressed my concerns and I rate the installation an A+. The Problems and their Resolutions: The main picture window, a large, one piece 95"x46" window had a 3" scratch in the glass, bottom right corner. Small hole in 3 different screens. Called in the first part of January, they said someone would be out to replace the window glass and screens... on February 18th. Right on time again. Good service tech overall. One of the replacement screens needs a re-do though (too loose). So, overall, Wallside has delivered on every single promise and delivery/service date. The contractors seem to like working for them and respect the owner.

They were excellent. They were reasonable.

Wallside Windows was called to give us a estimate on replacing 12 windows and 1 door wall.They showed up on time gave a informative description of there products and installation procedures. The price was in the ballpark with the others I had out to estimate this job, not the cheapest ,not the most expensive. Wallside was on time for the install and did a great job installing the windows. They cleaned up after themselves and we are very happy with the work preformed.

They had a very competitive price and the quality was good as well. They did a good job, I'm hapy with the results.

It went well, it took about 4 hours to install. They cleaned there mess up.

They were fine and they showed up on time. I would use them again. The previous owners of our house used them.

Bought this house in 2008. One living room window had a large crack on the inside and we found out later the casement windows in the kitchen were broken, causing them not to seal well. We had no idea who put in the windows in so I set about calling local companies to get estimates on repairing or replacing both windows. I ended up getting a call back from Wallside saying it looked like they had installed the windows ~10 years ago, so they were still under warranty! They sent a guy out to measure, etc, ordered the parts, and 1 mo later, replaced the inside glass of the LR window and repaired the kitchen window. It now seals well and opens/closes easily. Very impressed with the honesty - we would never had known they were Wallside windows if they hadn't told us. As a result, we saved ~$500-$1000! Thanks Wallside. The only negative was the wait time to get guys out.

These windows were functionally deficient and not important architecturally. The salesmen appreciated the other windows and did not try to encourage me to replace all of the windows ( which I appreciate). The workers were fast and clean and did an incredible job with the outside trim. I'm very pleased with the work they did. I payed a little extra to have the windows replaced from the outside - not disrupting my trim/moldings. For an older house, I would recommend you do the same.

The experience was absolutely perfect. They arrived on time. They come and do a pre inventory to make sure the measurements are right. They don't lie about pricing, they come when they say they are going to come. They work remarkably efficiently, they clean up thoroughly when done and have you check to make sure they have cleaned up properly.

Estimate was easy to get; sales person came to our home and returned to sign the contract after we'd thought it over and decided to buy. On the scheduled date, the installation team arrived on time at 7:30 a.m. (after calling to verify that they were on their way). They were efficient, courteous, and respectful of our time and comfort. They were obviously experienced professionals — they did great work and completed the job in less time than expected, then cleaned up inside and out before they left. We love our new windows!

Salesperson was friendly and helpful. Window installation was done in the time promised (one day). They cleaned up well after. Quality is very good.

They did really good work. They did a very nice job. The prices were good and they make their own windows which were great also.

Our salesman, Dan, is wonderful, very honest and has great follow through. We say he is honest because when there were things we wanted, he would tell us that we wouldn't see the benefits from adding them. He does the original measuring in order to give the price. The time frame he gave us was right on. He worked with us this time and in 2010. Next, a tech comes to remeasure everything. We have also had the same crew the last 2 years. They really know their stufff...quick, accurate, impeccably neat and very polite.

They are probably one of the 3 biggest distributors and installers. They were very good at what they did. We had one defect and they came out and corrected it. Their price was very competitive. It was the second lowest.

I spent around $3500 on that work. I am going to have them replace the rest of my windows and I am pretty happy with them. I did not like the way they did the interior trim. I was not happy with that.
