Priced very well. Excellent company and they give long term warranty.

I believe the job went very well overall. The men were neat, respectful and very friendly. The took the standard breaks and lunch, but continued until the job was complete making sure to pick up and clean up as they went. The crew knew exactly what to do and didn't hesitate at all. My wife and I are very pleased with the job. We had heard Wallside was very good and we were still very impressed about the look of the new windows. What an improvement! The men did their job. One, however, had brought his children with him which was somewhat unusual, but he is the sole parent. The children were well behaved and stayed out of the way as they were instructed. Matt and Jerry continued throughout the project even with the interruptions and having the third crew member leave for a portion of time to take care of his children. The foreman, Matt was a bit annoyed, but respectful, reminding the third crew member to be sure to keep the children out of the way of the job work area. Again, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the end results. I would definitely hire Wallside Windows again. I had reviewed the company on Angie's List to confirm the initial estimate and am glad I am a member. Angie's List give me a great resource to use to confirm how a company might do if I select them.

They were recommended to me by a friend. The quality of the windows was exactly what they explained to us. The installation process has been very painless and they were able to finish the installation and clean up in just 1 day. The windows were reasonably priced, they are easy to operate and overall it was a job well done.

They were very excellent and quick. There are no air pockets even to this day coming through the windows. The windows look like they are still brand new.

Great service. They have been around a long time. They return the calls, prompt, weren't late. They did not make you wait, fast and now we're done.

The crew showed up on time and got right at it. They did an excellent job installing the windows on a house that was build in 1923, everything looks like new. I watched their work very closely the entire day. Whenever I had a concern with something, they immediately corrected it. They had a 12 person crew and everyone we very friendly and polite. I rated the professionalism a B because they were playing some pretty raunchy music at one point, however, they did change it as soon as I asked them to.

I believe after talking to many people that they are probably the best window company for the money. They aren't Pella windows, but I can't afford those anyway. Positives - I like the windows, they were fairly priced. They got them installed quickly (about 3 hours), and from all appearances, they did a good job. Time will tell I suppose. Negatives - The salesman was pushy, but I suppose they are set up to try and close the same day. I didn't get a great vibe from him, especially after he tried a hard sell saying that their window sale was ending. Wallside Windows are ALWAYS on sale. And they have fixed pricing for windows, so I don't believe the actual price ever changes. They price their windows with installation at about $1000 dollars per window, but they are ALWAYS half off, and if you pay upfront instead of with a payment plan, they will give you an additional 10% off. The installation guys were decent guys I suppose, sub-contractors of course. Like I said, they did a good job with the windows, from all appearances. They did trample some of my plants installing the windows, they didn't do a very good job cleaning up. I mean it would have been nice if they washed the windows, although I know that is asking too much, but they left me a lot of vacuuming to do afterwords. I suppose I saw that coming, but they did get some caulk residue on my couch (a small amount), which will be difficult to get off. They did chip the paint off of my wall in one area. They also left the trash from their lunch on my front lawn. Not exactly classy. Overall, for a subcontractor, its about what I expected. They aren't a particularly communicative company. After I signed the contract, I didn't hear from them again for a couple of weeks. I ended up calling the salesman, who explained that he had received the paperwork, and that I should be hearing from the installer soon. Interestingly, I got a phone call from the installer not long after, so it led me to believe that it was a good thing I checked in. The installer came to measure the windows, he was late coming from another job by about 45 minutes. He stayed about 5-10 minutes. He forgot to measure a couple of windows, and ended up measuring a couple from the outside because he forgot. Overall, I like the windows, which in this situation is what matters. Hopefully, they are as well installed as they appear. They do seem to fit properly, and honestly, the subcontractors, despite their rough edges, seemed to know what they were doing at the end of the day. Thankfully, my window installation was fairly straightforward. I would recommend them, and do think they make a good product for a good price. But you should know what you are getting into. They install thousands of windows a day all over the state, and so you aren't going to get that customer service touch. But the plus side of that is they did seem to know what they were doing. If you just want new windows at a fair price, they are a good bet. If you want something more, go elsewhere, but be prepared to pay more.

Bill from Wallside came to give us an estimate. His approach was no-nonsense and no pressure. That was greatly appreciated. Bill's approach, and Wallside's 5 year same as cash made our decision easy. We ended up adding two picture windows and replacing gutters. The work started just when Bill said it would and was finsihed when anticipated. Everyone was professional and we are so happy with how wonderful the house looks now!

The staff was very messy and did not prepare my parents for the dust at all. They were not super friendly or informative at all. My parents had no idea how to "work" the windows when they were done. Nobody showed them. My parents are very intimidated but friendly seniors and this was all new to them. The windows seemed to be installed okay except for an upstairs one that was letting air/noise in. They had to come back and reinstall that one. Then, with the first rain my parents had water pouring in through their patio door bottom, soaking their carpet. I told them to call and when they did, it took 2 weeks for someone to come look at it. They said that their workers forgot to caulk it. I still do not believe that. It seems like moisture is still getting in somehow. My parents are very non confrontational and do not like to complain out of fear that they will do something bad to them. This company should not be used by seniors especially who are this way. Not impressed in the least bit.

They did a great job, very honest and professional. The crew did both the window and patio door at the same time and they were done quickly.

We were really happy with them. They came out initially and gave us a quote. It was much less than the other quotes we received for similar products. When they came out they had a full crew and got everything done in about 3 hours for a full house worth of windows. They had miscalculated on our door wall. They thought they would be able to open it up more, so the door they had was too big. They fitted into the outside as a temporary solution and then they went to the factory to have a properly sized one made. They were back out in a week and a half to install the new one. They were in and out and cleaned up. I have nothing really bad to say about them. They called in the order to the factory right away and within a day they called us to let us know when they would come out. Initially they would be able to come back in a week, but we weren't available that day so it ended up taking a week and half. It was a good turn around.

I would recommend them. They were prompt and the price was good.

It was great, everything was seamless. They showed up on time and keep their appointments.

They were very professional, had a very fair price, and got the job done quickly. The technicians were courteous and did exactly what I had asked them to do within the time frame. We were asking for a bow window, and Wallside was able to explain to us why that wouldn’t work, then guided us to a correct solution. The windows are very good and it was a very positive experience overall. I’d use them again!

I finally called the main number and was told the check is scheduled to be mailed by the end of this week. I will not hold my breath. I don't understand how they can immediately deposit my money, but make me wait and wait for my deposit returned. We work very hard for our money, and do not expect it to be tied up necessarily. I am glad we changed our mind with them, because if we are having this kind of problem now, I can only guess what it would have been like had we gone with their services. What's the saying...BUYER BEWARE!

They kind of came down to the price that I was looking for.

The guys who came to install the windows were very unprofessional looking.Long hair and scraggily beards very unkempt looking. One of them walked around half the time he was here with an unlit cigarette dangling from his lip. Also they seemed to be in a big hurry to finish. I found pieces of metal (from siding?) on bathroom floor and and they had to install a new sill in the bathroom because they measured wrong. Kinda messed up my wallpaper. They seemed to be in a big hurry to finish. They were going to leave without showing me how to work windows or finish cleaning up after themselves. Let a bird in and I had to ask to have them get it out of my house. The next morning I went in the bathroom and the new window had a 4 inch "stress" crack in it. Since it was Saturday I had to wait til Monday to call. Installation on 05-04-12. Replacement done on 05-18-12. Don't know why I had to wait so long for them to comeand replace it.I will call again when I replace the 2 windows in my living room because the windows have to match what is in family room. I will call someone else for the rest of the houseLead installer said if I liked their job I could ask for them next time. NO WAY. The guy who came to put in replacement was much more professional, if not for him I wouldn't have this company back for any windows.

We had windows installed with them before and they did a good job. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

The salesman and the owner were very nice. Their price was very reasonable. They were very knowledgable about their products.

I liked them from start to finish. I thought they were very professional. I thought they did a good job. I liked the salesmen. We got a few estimates, and their price was a whole lot lower. They've been real good in doing the measurements and giving us estimates.

The person who quoted us was very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and nice. He replied to my phone calls when I had questions. The team that came out worked very quickly and efficiently. We would use their services again. The only negative was that they forgot to order the screen door for our sliding door and the slider did not slide properly at first. They did fix it; however, it took 2 or 3 phone calls to request it. We are very happy with our windows and they all work properly.

We had them replace two living room windows which were built 1958 and they were side by side wooden windows. It reached a point where we could feel wind coming through. They were great from the time the salesman came out till the windows were done. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They demonstrated the product beautifully and the product was exactly they said it was going to be. I would recommend them to anybody. Everybody we dealt with and the product that they put in and the whole shot was right on the money. Everything they say they are they are. They are very professional and they have a really good product. I liked their punctuality, communication and reliability. They were doing a promotion so we got a good price on it. I had seen them offer that promotion many times. Though they were doing the promotion it didn’t make a difference to the quality. They gave us first call service and a first class product. If we ever need windows they would be the one we would use.

They only got as far as an estimate as the salesman was extremely late and upon arrival did not seem interested in selling me the product. He actually greeted me with the quote "you are my last customer of the day and then I can finally relax" not very professional. He was actually in my house for 25 minutes took a very quick measurement of my windows, complained that we had one architectural window and pointed out that it was better not to have that done, unfortunately our Condo rules would not allow that at all. He finally wrote his quotation on the back of a piece of paper and left. No follow up paperwork and no follow up call to see if they had won the contract, needless to say we recommend to most people they are not worth it.

My experience calling Wallside was, in a word, bizarre. The person who answered the main line seemed confused when I said that I was calling about window repair, but she connected me to a second operator. I told the operator that I was closing on a house in three days and that I wanted to get an estimate for some window repair and replacement work. She cut me off, telling me that I couldn't have work done on the house until I legally owned it. I responded that I understood that, but that I wanted to get an estimate as soon as possible so that I could order the work as soon as we closed on the house. Instead of setting a date after the closing, which I would have been happy to do, the operator launched into a strange and aggressive speech about how no company would give me an estimate before I closed on the house (which was untrue, I already had one estimate in hand and I was looking or more before I settled on a provider), and then she repeated her bit about the legality of ordering work on a home I didn't own. Unfortunately, she didn't stop there, she got caught in a loop of repeating these same bits of information over and over. I tried to respond, but she just talked more loudly. It was not the most polite thing to do, but I ultimately hung up on the operator while she was still repeating her speech. The weirdness didn't end there. Several minutes after I hung up on the Wallside operator, I got a call from a Wallside sales representative. He said, "I think you got disconnected from our operator." I said, "No, I hung up on your operator. She wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise." After that, we had a very reasonable discussion about the work that I wanted done. However, as I was describing the situation with my windows, he said, "Sir, -something garbled-," and then we were disconnected and he didn't call back. I don't know if he hung up on purpose or not, but I took this as a sign that I should look for help elsewhere.

They did a good job and used quality materials. They arrived on time, cleaned up, and went on their way.
