The sale person was very cut and dry - He showed us the product and options and then priced it out after measuring. He then told us the best way to pay they had several options. It took only 35 to 40 minutes. Other winder people were here up to 2 hours. He then said that some one will call for an appointment to measure and if they find any problems they will let us know they came on time measured and then told us about two weeks we will get another call for install . We gave him a partial payment. 2 weeks later they said that 6 people will be out on a wednesday - and it will take 3 hours they will rip out all old windows and doorwall install new frame on the inside shim and chalk on the outside. and remove all debris. They showed up on time did the work - explained the warrenty again removed all debris including vacuuming the carpet. Took the check for final payment and left. a week later they called and asked if we had any concerns we siad everything is fine. and they thanked us for our business.

They did a great job. They came and measured, and then came and replaced all the windows in one day. The air conditioning in the office now works because of the new windows.

No problems. From quote to measurements to installation, everything was clean and easy. The windows are an amazing improvement over my old double-hungs. Easy to clean, smooth to open and with security from intruders even with the windows open 2" for ventilation. The installation crew was efficient and professional.

The salesman was well-prepared with information and answered are questions to our satisfaction. The actual work crew was punctual, efficient, and neat. The inside work area was cleaned adequately and the outside area, which included garden beds, was protected and all plants were in tact.

.Whoever the Installers are, I love them. They are great, reasonable, knowledgeable and fast.

WallSide Windows they were very courteous, they cleaned up after themselves, they had it all done in one day, all the windows. It was very quick.

The actual windows are great, but there were some problems with the installation. Wallside came out and redid my door wall and cleaned up the problem, they were responsive on the issue.

I am writing this review for the windows we had installed for our other house in 2012. Wallside came and gave us an estimate. I told them prior to coming that I wasn't interested in a 3 hour sales pitch. The salesman was fine with that. He answered our questions and gave us time to think it over. I had to call him back a week or so later to come back out so we could sign the contract. We got the windows at a great price!! Day of installation the crew broke our door handle which was no big deal but they took money off the bill so we could get a new door handle. The crew missed a few areas to be caulked but before they left they caulked what still needed to be caulked. i think they were in a hurry to get to another job.. The windows are ok. I had to have them come back out twice for repairs. one for a screen that just came off for now reason. they fixed it at no charge and the other was the windows had some sort of glue or resin on the window itself from the manufacturer. they need to do a better job at quality control to make sure that doesn't happen. the guy that came out to fix it said all i had to do was use a utility knife to get the glue off. its not my responsibility to get the glue off, that should've been done at the factory. i like that the fact that we have a 30 year warranty. dont know if we will have them put windows in our new house since we need them (i will call that representative back again to see what kind of deal we could get!).

The crew showed up on time, looked presentable and started to dismantle the windows. They realized quickly that the person quoting the windows did not note the metal framed windows needed wooden 'buck's', due to the fact the metal was attached directly to the block walls. They stopped all work on those windows and explained the problem. They stated they would have the correct windows the following week. We were fine with this as they were up front about it and took complete responsibility. They did complete the 3 wooden framed windows and the sliding glass door that day. They had an assistant that followed the crew, ran for supplies and cleaned up as they went. The next week the same crew came back, on time and had everything done in short order. They were very professional and I would reccommend to anyone ...and I have. The windows look wonderful!!!

The salesperson started off immediately with "Here's what you'll get" instead of asking and listening to what I wanted. I was very clear at the outset that I would not be making an immediate decision and told him not to use any high-pressure tactics. I think this helped him to tone down his tactics, but he still repeated comments like "You should do this now!" and "Why wait till summer?" and "When can we come measure?" to an excessive degree. He was not outrageously offensive with it, but it definitely reinforced the feeling that he wasn't listening. The price estimate was less than half the estimate I received from Renewal by Andersen. I decided in 10 minutes NOT to go with Wallside, though. I think it's true that you get what you pay for. The glass in Wallside windows seemed to be of similar quality to RBA and other companies, but the frames were clearly a lower quality. They had very unattractive seams in each corner that I could immediately envision shifting and splitting. Given the perception of lower quality combined with the fact that the salesperson wasn't listening to me, I decided I'd prefer to work with a different company.

I am satisfied with the service that they did. They were very thorough and they cleaned up after themselves. They were pretty quick and efficient. They answered all my questions and gave me some very good information about windows. However, they didn't give me any choices about the windows and that's the only thing I disliked about them.

So far on time, professional, come when they say they are coming out. Awaiting installation.

They were really good! They completed all the work in one day including the cleanup. One of the windows cracked possibly because my house shifted. They came out the next day and replaced it.

They completed the project in about 5 hours.

All staff I met were very professional and on time from first contact with estimator, to the person that came to check the measurements to the installers. There were several men here to do the job which meant they finished more quickly, with less distruption of my schedule and the work was done well. I had put off replacing these windows for years dreading the hassle and cost. Wish I had done it sooner. Price was less then I expected and the sliders work much easier then the old ones.

They were pretty good overall. They came when they were supposed to and got the job done in a timely manner. I was pretty satisfied with them. They had a crew of about four or five guys and there was only one guy that I felt who really knew what he was doing. If I would ask somebody else any question, they did not really have answers for me. A couple of them were somewhat inexperienced maybe. Their pricing was pretty fair and they were very responsive.

They were alright. The job was done really well. They weren't too professional though with their dress and language.

We had used them once twenty years ago, so we had them back. It was a positive experience except for one thing. The sales person had told us that in buying the windows that we did, we would qualify for a credit on our taxes and getting the proper paperwork for that from the company was a little tedious. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever on the work itself. The crew that came out to install was knowledgeable, quick and seemed to be very experienced, and they only took less than four hours to do all six windows. The windows are of high quality, so we got what we paid for.

Wallside Windows Inc is local which I like. They had to come back to fix something and they came out the next day. Their price, quality, and professionalism were wonderful. I have many other windows that will need to be replaced and I will call Wallside Windows Inc to do the job.

They were really good and really professional. They were prompt in their appointments. I had a good experience with them.

The sales person was a pleasure to deal with (John) and he did not try to oversell us. He even designed a new layout to our front picture window that is exceptionally nice and allows up to open it to get air! He knew we were shopping and didn't pressure us to sign with him that night. After getting back to him he worked with us to be competitive and asked for specific people to measure and install. Installers came on a very cold/snowy day, but were able to do it all in about 7-8 hours. Team of three. One was very nice and answered all questions and showed me how to open/lock/clean, etc. all the new windows. One of the team seemed like he didn't want to be there, but did his job all the same and the third went about his job in a professional manner. The only things I can say were negatives were that I had to clean both sides of all the windows once they were in (streaks, smudges and some other stuff) and there were a lot of wood piece and some metal shards left around my house on the lawn and roof areas. I know with snow on the ground stuff like that could easily be missed when picking up the tarps, so I don't lay blame on the guys, but I am very careful about making sure the metal shards are gone everytime I go out now. Have to figure a way to get the bit of debris off my lower roof areas too.... Overall happy with the product so far.

We have used Wallside Windows on 2 different occasions. Today they came in and put the final 3 windows we needed replaced. They did 9 other windows in our house in 2011. Both times we were very pleased with with work. Every one who came to the house, from the salesman to the person who came to measure to the installers was very professional. The work was done in the time frame they said and done very efficiently. We are very happy with the service and the products from Wallside Windows.
