Green Image Property Maintenance

Met the contractor at Angelo's landscaping suppiles in Farmington Hills, MI where I was going to get supplies to do the steps myself (over 65 yr. old female) and Mario Salinas, contractor, said he was a paver contractor for Green Image. I called him two days later to schedule an estimate for the steps. He came two days later and did measurements, provided examples, and said he would call back. When he called back he gave an estimate for the steps and also for the steps and sidewalk also which we had talked about as they were also bad. He called again a couple of days later and provided the estimate by phone and for both jobs. The estimate was appropriate for the job as the 6 other landscape estimates from other companies were twice as high, or through a cost number on the spot, or never called back. We determined a date for the job to begin and it was started 1 day late due to weather conditions. The contract was signed at time of start day and almost half of cost provided at start of the project. The 2-4 men were always professional and very polite. Most of all they all listened to my concerns and worked with me on a few changes that needed to be done. As I have bilateral knee replacements we made the steps 5 in. high which were just right for me and what I wanted to accomplish. They also did a very professional job and did what they told me they were going to do. They also did not mind me looking at it every so often. The project took 2 days. Great job well done and was also very patient with my phone calls.
