Father & Son Restoration

This week I called Father and Son restoration for my second flood cleanup . Sewer water backed up in my basement . The owner and his team were excellent! Clean up was quick and painless for me and they worked diligently with my insurance company. They really took the hassle out of this whole mess!

Within the last couple of years we had our roof replaced. I can not list all the things he did wrong. We were left with mold all over our new roof and our insulation was ruined. Bryan and his team came in, removed all the old insulation and remediated the mold. Their stain remover worked so well that if I didnt tell you there was mold you would never know! They protected my floors and sealed off my living space so that no contamination could spread. They worked swiftly and with accuracy to get the job done so that our lives could return to normal. The team was well trained, punctual and very professional. We had water damage/leaking that needed to be addressed prior to a visit by our insurance adjuster. As this was our first home insurance claim, we asked a multitude of questions regarding the damage in our home and had every question answered in great detail. All floors, walls, furniture and valuables were protected during the mitigation process. Communication and follow-up was stellar.
