Ryan and his associate were very friendly and professional and had my old toilet removed and the new one installed without any problems and in a timely manner.

They responded within hours, on a Friday afternoon, assessed the problem and came back on Saturday and stayed as late as necessary. Very impressed with their commitment to solve the problem. They determined that part of the plumbing under the sink was non-function and had to return on Monday. The job ended up being bigger than original estimate, since we had been putting off dealing with 70 year old plumbing for a long time. But they got the job done and we are now using both sides of the kitchen sink for the first time in a decade.

The team was punctual. They were willing to alter the time of the original appointment to fit a change in my schedule. The two plumbers were polite, respectful and appeared to be experts in their work. The job was larger that I expected but they did not add on any unnecessary tasks or costs. They tested their work twice to make sure it was water tight once when I was outside of the kitchen monitoring their work and again in my presence when we were settling the bill. Their work isa guaranteed for 6 months. The guarantee specifies what is and is not covered. When they left I felt confident that they had done an excellent job.

He was awesome! He went above and beyond. Only took 20 minutes to fix!! Was a little pricey for the short time and job I feel. But overall I would trust him again to do another job for me!

Jason and Ryan are first class. They came without ant appointment the first time for a drain problem and were honest. Told us that it was just too much rain and we had no problem with our drains. So when our hot water heater went out we called again. They were here within the hour. As long as they were here we had another problem with the toilet fixed. It's Saturday and they are here fixing the last plumbing problem we were going to put off until income tax refund time, but we saved enough money to have every thing done now. Ryan and Jason are professional and respectful at all times. Everything is explained before it is done with a price. I trust them both and A1 Bargain Plumbing

I was very pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and outcome of the job. Dillon walked me through each step of the job, and showed me pre and post visualizations. I had historically (5+ years prior) obtained an estimate from Rotorooter for a previous problem and was told I needed new drainage system put in; that my system had eroded. They quoted me over $7,000! Dillion had assured me the pipes were intact and that roots and calcium had obstructed the pipes. Glad I didn't listen to Rotorooter! So my problem was resolved costing $1950 instead of $7000+. I researched many plumbers and had found most couldn't handle the extensive job, or were not licensed, bonded and insured. A 1 Bargain Plumbing was one of the few which appeared competent in all areas. You won't go wrong by using this company! Highly recommend them and won't use anyone else in the future!

A1 scheduled my service for the next day. Ryan and Jason were very friendly and super professional. The new faucet went in like a breeze. I thought it was a bit on the expensive side, but the time and hassles it saved me made it worth while. I would and will recommend A1 to all my friends.

It went really well Dillon did a really good job replaced pipes as required and made sure there were no leaks.

The techs were prompt and diagnosed the problem efficiently. They informed me what the cost would be to snake the line, and, at an additional cost, video camera the line after the snake process was complete. The video is worth the extra money. Both processes were $300. The video determined that the snake punched a hole through the main blockage, but didn't clear the line well enough for a good flow in the future. The video also determined the length of the line which was 75 feet. The next step offered by the techs was a high pressure water jet spray which they guaranteed would clear the line completely. Their jet spray functions at about 5000 PSI (that's industrial quality) and will cut through roots and bust up calcium deposits. Although the jetting was expensive, it worked as promised. I was also given a 60 day guarantee.

Perfectly. They called about an hour before arriving with an ETA. They came in, took a look at the new faucet I had bought to make sure all the parts were there, looked at the workspace that I had cleared for them and proceeded to do what needed to be done. They did have to run out to get the correct shutoff valves and asked if I wanted to upgrade the supply lines to the faucet while they were working on it and I agreed. Once done, they walked me through what they did and had me test everything to ensure I was satisfied. I then spoke to them about my water heater and they gave me some advice on things to try before jumping to replacement. (It's going cold before filling my tub.) They also gave me a quote on replacement that fits with what I expected it to cost. Overall, I am completely satisfied with their work and professionalism and will have no problems working with them in future.

Had water backed up in the basement, called in A1 plumbing, Ryan and Jason were able to come out in less than an hour at 7PM and snake out the sewer drain. They were fast and price was very reasonable.

i called him on a Sunday at 400 pm my hot water tank had gone out. i explained to him that my wife had just returned him from the hospital the day before, there ad claims they are open until 800pm. i talked to one of the owners he said he didn't think he had anyone but call first thing Monday morning and he would get someone out. So i called and spoke to a young lady who said noone told her about and she would try to catch a plumber but it would be later in the day. I explained to her i had to shut all the water off in the house because the value broke and water was everywhere. she told she she would try to call a plumber earlier and call her back in 30 mins. so i waited 45 mins and called her back and gentlemen answered and was very nasty and said was i wasn't going to get a plumber at all today it would be Tuesday. I explained everything to him but he said he didn't care no plumber today.

The two techs sent out could not resolve the problem and we decided to turn off water at the main. The techs did not appear to be very knowledgeable and did not have parts and/or tools to do the job. I was supposed to receive a call back to schedule a time for another person to come out and never did. I discovered the next day that two shut off knobs had been broken off --- I was not informed of this. I would not use A1 Bargain Plumbing again. This is a very old house that needs some TLC when being worked on and the next company I went with was able to provide that.

Ryan and Sean came out immediately, got rid of my tree roots and we're done in no time! Awesome company will never call anyone else again!! Thank you so much !!

They accidentally forgot to write down the time of the appointment, but after checking in, they sent someone out within the hour. Ryan was very courteous and helpful. He even provided tips on how to prevent future problems. Very satisfied and will use again.

They were professionals, they were booked and let me know that so that I wasn't left hanging without water. Because they notified me very quickly, I was able to hook up with another plumber. They turned down a job so I could be taken care of. I'll call them whenever I need a plumber.

This company is very courteous and professional. They arrived at the approximate time they promised and got started on the job right away. All I contracted them to do was to install the flange and I would finish the rest, but they went above and beyond to help me reinstall my toilet and make sure everything was 100% right before they left the job. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs and I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Called two of the "big guys" but one didn't answer and the other couldn't get here till Monday. We called A1 Bargain Plumbing and they sent someone over right away - luckily we were close. Ryan determined where the drain was clogged and ran the snake through twice to ensure that it was cleaned out. He also discussed ways to help us avoid this type of clog in the future. Fast, professional service.

Kevin was prompt, courteous and professional. He came out on a Saturday afternoon, analyzed the situation and came back with parts within the hour. Overall, took about 2 hours and he walked me through every change that they had to make. He added an access panel that was needed. He even taught me how to do a few home maintenance projects. I will absolutely call him for any plumbing needs in the future. Very good price and i couldn't recommend him more.

Excellent! I got a call before they came out, they had to cut out the drain pipe for the tub and replace it, and it turns out that was the easy part. The bathroom faucet that needed to be replaced was in a very small area with an access of only 10 inches wide. I think it took longer to replace the faucet that the other plumbing, but he was finished with everything pretty quickly. Good work, reasonable price. DEFINITELY saving the number for future plumbing needs. I did call another plumber listed on here with a coupon and their price was almost twice what A-1 charged me for the same work.

It went very well, it looks great, my wife and I love it, thinking about having the bathroom shower faucets and shower head replaced. It took a few hours to replace because rusted faucets, but reasonable time. I bought the faucets and water lines at Home depot, they stated that they couldn't guarantee the job, but shouldn't be a problem if you bought a good faucet.

Ryan came out and did a great job .. Second time using these guys and again they were wonderful. Definitely keeping this number in my book.
