Very satisfied. He came over the same day we called him to work a quote which was received within a couple days. He was there to work when he said he would be there. Had a nice crew with him to do the job in a timely manner. Everything from beginning to end was just so smooth, big plus.

I had leaks in the old roof, Robert repaired and installed a new roof. Very professional and very friendly.

Everything went great! Our cottage is in northern Michigan and it’s very difficult to find reliable and quality driven contractors. We went through 3 or 4 different guys just trying to find someone to do the work. We got very lucky when we found Robert. He was prompt, courteous and followed up with us throughout the entire job. We are very happy with his work.

It went great, from the first contact, requesting a bid, until the job was complete, Bob was professional and pleasant to talk to. He and his worker were very friendly and kept us informed what the status was. The new roof looks great.

They were always on time-worked a full day each time. The price was fair & very well done. They cleaned up very well when they were done.

Robert showed up at the appointed time. He discussed what he would be doing and what assistance he would need from us (let him know if we saw any cracking etc when he was jacking up the support beam in the crawlspace). The work was finished promptly and professionally.

The work went very smoothly. Robert met with me a few times to get all the details correct on the new building, including the door sizing, upgrading the siding, lighting and electrical outlet requirements. He was very thorough on getting the details correct before ordering any materials. The teardown and rebuild happened on schedule. The only holdup occurred when the supplier delivered the wrong door style. Robert coordinated with the supplier, on his own, to replace the wrong door with the correct one. Near the end of the project we noticed that we had neglected to install an outside power outlet - something that neither of us had discussed in the planning. Robert had one installed at his own cost because he felt it was his fault for not suggesting that as part of the rebuild (the old building had one).

Roof was replaced almost 3 years ago. Have not had any issues at all!! He took his time and showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Very willing to teach me how to do things that I previously did not understand. Did a very good job not damaging anything when removing old roofing. Paid good attention to all small details no matter what extra time it took.

Overall it was a good experience. Our house is an old farmhouse with steep peaks, not an easy job. He and his crew did a good job. The only reason it took longer was because the weather refused to cooperate. I would hire him again for future projects.

Since then, I have not had any problems with seepage within the chimney inside the house or noticable leakage on the floor which I did before.

I am dealing with the father and brother of the company owner. They got started once the weather made it possible and have paid attention to little details, been very considerate about cleanliness (drop cloths, vacuuming, etc) and helped me with a couple of things which had nothing to do with the contract. They aren't good about giving you a detailed paper contract, operate more like the olden days when someone said they would do something and then do just that. I will definitely recommend them when asked.

Removed I door and two large windows on one wall, and replaced with two smaller windows. Removed To Large windows on the and installed a doorwall, all this was done in the sun room. Also, removed french doors and and opened the sun room up to the rest of the house and installed a knotty pine ceiling. Family room removed four large windows and installed a picture window and two umbrella windows.
