My garage door sensors failed. Service Technician Frank W. showed up on time and promptly installed a new set. He then proceeded to educate me on how to audit the condition of my garage doors. We found a defective roller, a broken hinge, and 2 frayed lift cables. I am sure anyone of these issues would have been another service call in the near future! To finish up the service call, Frank lubricated all the moving parts on my doors. I am delighted with the professional, quality service I received.

Town and Country was actually the first of three companies I had coming to deliver a quote so I could leverage competitive pricing. Frank completed an excellent evaluation and tune up. Fixed a short in the sensor wiring at the bottom of the door. Lubed it up. Told me not to use LED light bulbs on the motor. Door works quietly now ! So I was able to avoid new equipment for awhile longer. So only was charged for a service call of $139. Thank you Town and Country !

My garage door broke on a holiday- they called me that day and were out the next morning- earlier than they initially stated. Frank was very polite and professional and fixed the door quickly. He made sure the door was in working order before he left. I even recommeneded him and Town and Country to a friend whose garage door spring broke- again, he did an excellent job.
